UTG is short stacked so safe to assume it's a fish until proven otherwise, esp at these stakes.
Seems like a pretty easy fold on the river to me without other information. Too many better hands for the fish, has all the KK, TT, JJ, AQ as well.
Pretty much only hands you beat are AA, two pairs.
Fish is unlikely to blast off here 3 streets with nothing or bluffs.
I agree with Kingsley. Unless you dont have any reads that villain can be spewy or overplay hands we need to fold. He reps a super strong range when taking this line multiway way to many hands that beat us just diciplin fold.

i would like the check raise and fast play vs AK AA type hands. Turn we would need to block bet i think makes most sense vs his range we want to bring AK AA still into a shitty situation and not isolate ourself vs better hands.
When he raises the turn i would fold and if he calls you can go river big because most players are fastplaying to much the nutted part of the range so they are unbalanced towards hands you are beating. In this line you retain nice eq and not isolating yourself vs better.
