Problems with Winamax! Help!

I have been playing on Winamax for many years. Now they are transferring to the Spanish license of players. I have already sent 3 official documents to confirm the address. They are not accepted. And the initial problem was that the documents needed to be in English. I did this, it is a paid option in my bank. And again they do not accept. Who should I write to, who should I complain to about the inadequacy of the managers who accept the documents?
