It doesn’t say anywhere in the rules I have to post in it. It’s over a hundred posts of people attacking me and telling me I am mentally ill. I honestly don’t know what to say to all of them I keep repeating the same thing and obviously I know better than them on the subject. It’s all degrading and I am still hoping somebody will step up and give me the opportunity to present my case and confirm my claim of being the victim of a human rights violation. Even if it’s 1 in a million, it’s a simple process to complete.

niko, i 100% believe you when you say you don't think you did anything wrong, i don't think you're making that up. i'm saying that whatever mental health issue you're dealing with is clouding your judgement and causing you to both act inappropriately and not be cognizant of that fact

i lived with someone who had the same issues, they would believe things that had absolutely zero evidence supporting their belief

anyone who tried to disagree or point out why the belief was impossible was dismissed as biased or "in on it"

what do you think is more likely?

that your stalking victim, the casinos, and the entire 2p2 community are all conspiring against you for absolutely no reason whatsoever?

There are no mental issues dude. It is all circular logic. You have no proof of this. I don’t need to “prove” that I’m sane. Nobody does. That’s another ridiculous standard that you are imposing on me.

I didn’t accuse anybody of conspiring against me man. I am simply saying that this was presented in a way to make it look like something it is not and it has succeeded and continues to harm me. You’re evidence of that. If you were so certain you could just refute my claims. But you have not hit my inbox! You have not chosen to do that.

It doesn’t matter how many people disagree with me. That you think a mob of people taking sides against my claims is evidence is alarming. The only thing that matters is facts and here I am over a year later trying to have immutable facts reviewed. Yet nobody has stepped to the plate. When that happens, this changes. Until that happens you have no plea.

Niko, you keep saying you want people to answer your questions but you haven’t said what your questions are.

What questions about your situation do you want answered? What third party are you hoping steps forward to review your case?

go look around 2p2, it's not like there's an endemic of threads where everyone is conspiring to gaslight people into believing they have mental health issues

everyone saying that to you has lived it before and see all the signs - and i repeat, nobody is saying that to either insult nor dismiss you

we want the best for you buddy - i personally have been a fan of your posting over the years, you don't post much, but you're easy to remember because you have a very iconic avatar

perhaps you have some close friends or family you can confide in and get their opinion - just no matter what, there's no need for you to go through this alone

There’s nothing wrong with talking to a therapist . Even if you don’t have mental health issues it’s always good to have someone to talk to .

See this is how I know people are pulling stuff out of thin air. I have never had an avatar on this site up until a few days ago. My friends and family think people with your line of thought are lunatics thanks.

You need evidence. You have none. You are making a libelous claim about me which is a rumor that was spread about me by my accuser. I do not have to keep stating that I am not mentally ill. I am here to try and get my thread unlocked and you have all derailed this thread under a pretense that you’re trying to help. What you are doing is harmful to me and I am asking you to never insinuate that about me ever again.

he's never going to do that because for the most part, these maladies require some version of self enabling, much like how literally everyone on 2p2 who went through similar stuff from more recent stuff like ideal poker to "everyone was trying to see my dick" stuff - the posters involved would never disclose anything of detail because then their theories could be rationally discussed and torn apart

deep down, even if it's on a subconscious level and they're not presently aware of it, they still know better than to leave everything out in the open available to full analysis, much easier to cling onto irrational beliefs when it's impossible for anyone to know what they are in full

dr meh - notice how he ignored the meat and potatoes of what i said and instead went after a wholly unrelated compliment i gave him as an excuse to dismiss everything and now he's labeling me as his attacker - like i said, these maladies do require some form of willful participation

Deep down, about 85% of people’s IQ’s are below 110. I don’t have anything to hide, I’d just like to get a fair look, and anything I share privately can be shared publicly. I just want to make sure every one of my points is addressed without having a dozen separate people who skim through and justify imposing a death sentence on somebody. You’re, once again, in a thread that is meant to discuss forum moderation, derailing it, and detracting from my point of trying to get it unlocked.

Edit: I also don’t like the drama that comes with this. So if it turns out I am right (I am) then it would go a long way to preventing this from spiraling out of control. There are a lot of purposes to keeping this private and I have tried doing so for a year. And you’re claiming you’re not attacking me and in the same sentence calling me a malady.

How about this:

I’ll post everything. In public. You promise me it gets reviewed by somebody who is qualified to review it, and with at least two functioning brain cells. If the person with two or more functioning brain cells agrees that I am BOTH innocent and not a victim, you pay for all my lawyer fees.

If you can’t do that then it’s a moot point. I promise you there are people who have reviewed this and agree I am a victim and not mentally ill. You’re discrediting them and myself. You’re very close to condemning anybody that agrees with me. It’s already been proven in my initial thread. It’s a dangerous path to tread.

Never in my life have I seen a situation where somebody is calling for a neutral unbiased review of a situation and they’re being suppressed in this way. Imagine Doug Polk owing some random nobody a significant sum of money and getting told to take up softball and leave the country.
