Some of the stuff can open me up to SLAPP lawsuits and potentially other legal action. I'm basically saying no to his offer but countered him in DM's and I got crickets. There are at least two big names involved and I can't just come out blazing like you'd expect. Remember Mike Postle? They couldnt prove anything in court despite the community being able to put together the facts. This is much different because I'm an unknown person with no resources and a small support network (who have offered to get involved but I rejected because of the nature of this and how much backlash im getting). That is what is so messed up about this and it happens to a lot of people. I'm confident that my side will look obvious in hindsight. I did not just get out of bed and randomly decide to start posting about it on two plus two. I have tried almost everything else first. Keep in mind that I'm upset that somebody made a viral post about me (and we are talking about somebody with influencer status vs somebody who is unknown). It makes perfect sense why I don't want to do the same back.

I thought I had a reasonable ask. I'm certain I'll still get some hate afterwards, but that the facts will tip things in my favor. Yes it is so ridiculous that I cannot post it all in public. It's undeniable but I am unsure how it would hold in court. I thought my thread was clear about what I was requesting and I'd still like for the mod who locked it to unlock and bump it.

you offered me a 1k bet if you could provide a doctors note stating stating you weren't mentally unhealthy within a week.

first problem with that is there's no way a mental health professional would do that to settle a prop bet

second problem is you can just forge a note

third problem is you don't have 1k to send me if you lose

you're at best trying to scam me and at worst freerolling me because you are unable to pay that amount if you lose

i was hoping i could incentivize you to see the light with a $100 carrot where you risked nothing and you instead take that as an opportunity to try to scam me and make a poor attempt at discrediting me now... it's sad man, get some help, you need it

I have nothing to offer in return. I've been in poker for almost a decade and was under the impression that in general we like to get things right. This was wrong and I have no doubt about it, it's had a life altering impact on me, and I'm the one with the best POV.

The need for somebody within the industry because like I said I can get Jungleman's support if my story is reviewed and verified. One thing leads to another, it can go a long way. I mentioned that in the thread.

look this is a complex situation and i keep saying im innocent. the standard procedure is what i said, to go through everything i have to show you from my end. i have already stated why its important to do it in private. ive given a few reasons. if its not satisfactory after that, you all can go back to trolling me. it's a serious matter to me and it is still impacting every day of my life. id like that thread unlocked. there was a person who commented exactly what i am alleging about her, that i can prove, just before it was locked. that comment was deleted. it did not break any of the rules or guidelines and its upsetting to me.
