This thread is to separate the Bovada-related comments and questions from the Official Bodog Support Thread, which is there only for questions or concerns about anything Bodog-branded.
There is no official Bovada Rep at 2+2 at this time, but perhaps if discussion is effected in a civil manner, one might arrive in due course?

cannot even get to the login screen, its just black for awhile and then crashes.
no luck here. even trying to log into the ignition website gives an error

I'm back in too...and checking my balance, I was gonna say, "Hey guys! They DID refund me, plus a little more!"
But no, it turns out it's just that I had enough of a stack in my tourney when the site went down that I was able to blind out into the money.

People saying they never get refunds but I just got off with live chat support and got a tournament ticket for the $162 (only tourney I was playing)

Thats so lame. I would link them to this thread and ask if it wasnt on your end why were so many people disconnected at the same time? Weird the variance between support agents.
I sent this in chat and just got ignored lol
I was playing the $162, the $55, and the $22 plo tournaments when I was booted, Support offered me a $50 bonus and said they saw no evidence of disconnection lol. Withdrawing now I'll play somewhere else. Told them to keep the $50 they obviously need it.
Mystery bounties introduced, starting tomorrow... such trash
From other posts in the thread, it seems refunds aren't unheard of, but a lot of the time support just denies anything was wrong. I even provided multiple forms of evidence two weeks ago (direct error screenshot, forum posts, etc) and the agents act as if it's not even there.
received a 30 dollar rewards compensation, they still haven't processed sports bets from last night which you would think would be pretty simple and easy to do already

I cannot recommend playing tournaments here given the site has now crashed at the exact same time two out of the last three weeks, and I have received no compensation whatsoever. They're totally fine with stealing your money due to issues that are 100% their responsibility.

I can't believe people still play on this site. If you factor in the risk that they will steal your money whether it be in a tournament or a cash game it's not worth it.
I dc'ed from the $162 during the break and it took me a while to get back on, dropped from 180k to 160k at 3k bb from being blinded out.
Ended up bubbling to a river 2 outer in a 55bb pot, wish I would have just stayed DC and maybe get a refund.
just got refund for all the tourney buy ins i played on the day of the disconnect. i didnt email them for anything. they just credit my account out of nowhere. all you guys complaining about this site is absurd, this is the most fun site to play on. if you leave and go somewhere else you will struggle. just enjoy it and relax cause life could be worse without it
