Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?

I haven't had any glitch issues in NJ but I rarely play more than 6 tables. The software itself has been just fine on my Mac Desktop. No issues the couple of times I've messed around playing a satellite or something on my phone either.

My issue is what a crock of chit support has been (or rather has been nonexistent). I've emailed them multiple times over nearly a month and I have gotten exactly 0 responses. I wanted to submit documents for the "priority withdrawal" now claim to have (I imagine

i got a reply like 2 weeks later one night where i couldnt login randomly. few otehrs had same issue. Anyways in the reply i noticed that the timestamp was from another time zone. They were in Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Youd think online poker in the USA would be good for the USA economy but still seems like theyre outsourcing. Yet still charging $100 rake for a 1k tournament lol thats why competition is necessary

After getting no responses from emails, this is how I got my account verification issues resolved. I waited on hold for an hour but they had all my issues resolved withing 10 min of speaking with me.

Is anyone getting caesars rewards (the hotel/casino) credits from poker? it seems like i am no longer getting them... did they get rid of those with the new software?

It looks like I'm getting them, but I had to relink my accounts after the new software went live.

I got around 4000 tier credits for my online play last month so it's still working

is it similar to that of the previous reward/tier link? I would get 15-20k tier per month from wsop old software. Did not receive that or anywhere close to that this last month.

Does anyone here play on a MAC and if so, have you had more success avoiding crashes? I went through a period of a few weeks where I felt like I was able to minimize the crashes on my PC, but recently it's been getting out of control again.

I play on a Mac without any issues. Every once in a while player notes aren't clickable.

I've posted previously, but WSOP was unplayable with two different PCs. I even reset one PC to see if that would help and it didn't - it was still awful.

From reading the posts here it looks like crashing randomly affects different computers. It doesn't matter how new or old the PC is.

I have to wonder how many people can't play because the software is so bad.

I'm sure there are a few, but most of the grinders playing 6+ tables are going to be regs/pros who will play through the annoyance and most of the recs are playing <6 tables so they probably won't experience many crashes.

actually unreal / hard to believe this software passed gaming regulations and whatever testing they did to approve it. Reminds me of when NJ first got poker and the Geo location would boot you off mid hand - mid pot - lose whatever money you had involved. I cant imagine how many people had that experience and never came back because a lot of people already think online poker is rigged. Then theres a thing just booting you mid hand as if you decided to drive to Delaware mid hand. As if thatd even be a huge crime or concern to begin with lol.

So who do we contact about J1mmyTheGent blatantly table camping and grimming at high stakes?

It certainly is odd that some PCs aren’t affected. I’ve tried on two different gaming pcs, both with same issue. 6+ tables/windows open causes crashes.

If I have 6 tables open, it usually is pretty good, 1 crash every couple hours.

7, 1 crash every hour.

8, 1-2 crashes every hour

9, it crashes within 10-20 minutes.

10, crashes for me within 5-10 minutes or sooner.

I’ve tried so many different things as far as turning off animations. Different settings with PC. Running as admin. Nothing helps.

What’s interesting is if I have say am playing 6 tables, but then open up 4 just to observe and not actively play, the software acts the same as if I only had 6 tables open (1 crash every couple hours).

It seems when you sit and it’s an active table, the software simply can’t handle it above 6 tables. The more you add, the more unstable it becomes. You’ll either get a freeze followed by a crash. Or the flop/animation/hand replayer will begin to get blacked out, giving a warning that a crash is coming.

I stopped playing after playing 75-100k hands a month 10 tabling 100/200 nl for many years. I’d imagine there are definitely a few more ppl. Constantly monitor this thread to see if the shut down glitch is fixed and doubt I’ll play again until it is.

Is no timebank button on MTT tables normal?

The time bank works fine on cash tables for me but not on MTT tables - I wonder if this is just me?

There is no time bank button, it is automatic on cash and Tournaments (you may have to check the settings) as long as you have any chips in the pot including ante, if not then there is no time bank on that hand for you.

Yes on the cash table for me. I see an icon that I never click because like you say it is automatic.

No on the MTT table for me. I don't see an icon(seconds), and I quickly trimmed out and folded a hand last night?

I see the amount of time I have in the bank for cash and tournament always. Only when it's your turn though.

Maybe if you used it all up before it reloads it might not show, I don't think I ever have, so don't know.

Is there any way to change the alert sound? It's so grating I can't seem to stand playing for more than an hour constantly hearing it...

I’ve made 5 reports with screenshots to WSOP and quoted their terms of service regarding “sit out” abuse and have been ignored.

Not sure if more people reporting = better or if they just truly do not care.

Regarding the time bank activation in cash games preflop- Does anyone understand how it works? Because sometimes I click on the table and im figuring what to do expecting the timebank to activate automatically and then it folds my hand at the end of the pretimebank period. There has been a time or two that was extremely tilting and cost me alot because it folded a really big hand too. This also has only been a problem for me preflop.

Most of the time when I click the table and want to play the hand, I keep clicking the timebank thing as the pretimebank period winds down and im deciding what to do, and then it almost always turns on automatically at the end of the pretimebank period.

Do i need to keep clicking the table as the pretimebank period is winding down to ensure that the hand isnt folded? Because it seems that just clicking on the table once isnt enough to make sure it activates at end of the pretimebank period. Gives me anxiety and I rush to make a decision sometimes with a big hand because I dont want to risk the timebank not activating. I previously thought that just clicking on the table that the action is on would be enough for it to auto activate at end of the pretimebank period

Brutal.

If you put $ in the pot already (even as sb/bb) then timebank will auto activate. If you are tank cold 4betting aces on the btn it will fold your hand.

Where did you report to? Will be happy to send similar SS.

I emailed to support@wsop.com. I’m not sure what the best place to contact them regarding in game issues are tho.

I emailed Danielle Barille about 7Pair after I compiled a bunch of evidence. I had a very detailed spreadsheet with screenshots and it was quite damning. She never responded, but it's safe to say that guy got banned, or at least warned to the point that he didn't bother returning. I know others in here emailed support about that issue around that time, but it might be worth emailing both Danielle and the general support email for things like this.

The email I have for her is dbarille@caesars.com but not sure that is current.

this is j1mmythegents info. Something sus to me, is he lives in the state of NJ, yet he has never logged any cash sessions on NJ poker skins, and exclusively plays on wsop. One of the most shameless players on site. buttons people, and leaves immediately after recreational busts.
