Most of the report is fairly accurate, it is also kinda cpt. obvious to most peeps in town, at least those with a brain. Some things are slightly off, also many of the things started way before mentioned there. But it is still a pretty fun city and aside from politics still a place with a lot of personal freedoms and great peeps and very different from your average Chinese city. It also has a lot of shortcomings, yes.

As a start I was in FFMmöller 4h today and didn't visit Schnitzelinder. The universe was aligned against it. Back in Bavarianmöller now but may have another chance in two weeks or something.
