AK is a trivial fold here, even suited


Not exactly relevant to the OP, but interesting how if you condense this to 6-max, GTOWizard shows it as an all-in over half the time.

Also weird to me how 9-max, GTOWizard says fold AKo here 95.5% of the time, but never fold AKs and jam with it 69.5% of the time, raising the rest. How is being suited THAT much of an advantage when you only have about a 6% chance of making a flush? Or is it more about wanting to show up with AK sometimes for balance and it's basically just using suited over offsuit to randomize, plus a little bit of an extra edge as a bonus?


yeah idk what others are on, AKs is a premium and we benefit huge from always flipping vs 10s/Js/Qs and having fold equity vs those combos. not to mention all trash folds ASAP. In this configuration I guess its about showing up with non-AA/KK?
