I think probably a painfull call/fold most rivers to a shove. Or possibly an exploit now/lower variance overfold. But I'm nitty with 2p
Assuming this is a fish it's probably close between call and jam. They can do this with all of the worse 2p, but also will have a ton of the 96 and 64 combos and sets.
He could have a lot of two pair and be trying to get value out of a single king, but he could also be doing it with sets and stronger, I'd probably close my eyes, pray, call turn, pray for a helpful card then cry and buy a replacement mouse
