I just didn't like the farmer/clothes/sewing connection given you had like 11 letters but were struggling to come up with any options so went back to basics on what makes overalls overalls

Hand paint = finger?
Hold paint = can?
Hard paint = plaster, dry?
Hang paint = frame (already a target word and clue would’ve been painting)
Tons of other things we could come up with, obv. I’m good with either finger or can and then letting them reveal h.
I’m leaning can because finger could’ve had other p words (phalanges, polydactyl, etc). Nothing obvious really coming to me for can on the outer cards.

Hard paint is kinda a thought...I doubt something like drywall is a target word tho

I thought about Pepsi, but what other sodas? Also, Pepsi would clue soda/drink/etc way before can. It’s also possible that someone thought Nich’s p5 was in fact Pepsi. And if they did, maybe they thought h4 was hand.
I’m fine with canister if you want; if it’s can then I’d guess canister is enough to be counted, just as I think guessing can should be enough to count canister.
Well the lack of more Pepsi is why I'm saying I *do not* think our target word is can

Could be that thing an artist holds...palette if I'm thinking of the right word?
