I don’t think we want to 3b this hand but it’s not a big deal. I would bet 1/2 pot on river.
flat pre, on micros it might be even fold pre
Turn is far from snap check. Checking is ok, but we do want to be betting this hand a decent amount. A simple heuristic would be bet the nut flush close to 100%, K high flush 50% of time and checking most other flushes. Now that we understand our turn range, it should be clear you are close to top of range on river and should bet all flushes 1/2 pot.
I'm fine with the 3b - we're not necessarily pushing an equity advantage but this is a very easy hand to play postflop. I think the turn is a clear bet - he can't raise us as I would expect 47hh and sets to bet the flop. I like the half pot OTR - going to be hard to get a call unless he has say a weak flush, but it seems with his turn bet he won't bluff the river.

My understanding is that we aren't mixing in PLO that often, as opposed to NLH.

What worse flush is calling 2 streets on a paired board? If we can only go 1/2 pot otr after turn checks through, does that mean we have to go smaller otr if turn goes b/c, like 1/3?

Fine as played I’m betting big on river.

Your line looks very sus from your opponents point of view if you go bet/bet on turn/river, especially when most would be expected to bet NFD on flop and this board is not good for a 3bettor. In the same respect if people are really folding all worse hands on a c/b/b here then you should be bluffing extremely wide, but I don't think that's the case.
