Online dating thread
I started this as a thread where 2+2 members could share advice on online dating. I'm 25 years old, and have had trouble
There are plenty of middle aged women doing well for themselves pursuing modeling these daysβ¦on OF

Dude, looks aren't everything. You seem to overlook everything not right in this situation and focus on her looks. And to be honest, she sounds kinda mid as far as body type, the way you've described her.Sounds like you're dating a Chinese ironing board.A really pretty one.But then beauty is subjective.I've had friends that go on about a pretty woman and to me shes ok.And I've th
Guess who has been dating a Chinese ironing board for a month? Sheβs pretty awesome and a great gf so far- Iβve learned more dating her and feel some comments in this thread didnβt explain situation well enough.
I showed her this thread and she said some of the advice was really good actually and something she would say to a guy friend.
Dude. Do not
Remember what she said to you after she dumps/cheats on you. Pinpoint showing her this as one of the moments where you went wrong.
I'm still new in the online dating world and tbh I'm just using it as a bit of escapism and am not really meeting anyone right now given my chaotic circumstances but one of the things I really enjoy are the women who write 'No Scammers!' or sth similar on their profile.
which of course....none of us really do... but I just wonder if they think that scammers are reading that and deciding not to contact them anyway?
So much sweeter scamming someone who doesnβt want to be scammed.
idk jkpoker, even though this is by no means a secret identity of mine (many 2p2ers know my real name from financial transactions, there are numerous photos of me on the site, and i've met up with a bunch of people from here irl)
and while i don't think i ever posted anything that would make me look bad - though i'm sure many of you would disagree π - even if i weren't posting in an online dating thread - there's just no chance i'd ever disclose what my 2p2 identity is to others who were not part of the forum, let alone a woman i was freshly dating
it would just feel too intrusive like they could view my posting history and peel back layers and just see everything whereas i don't get back that same level of intimate thoughts from them
same reason why i changed my name on quora to a random one - some girl i was dating looked me up there and started reading all my answers and comments and while it was all out there for the public and she did it because she was into me - it felt invasive as an asymmetric exchange

This reads like you are 22 and sheβs 47
Hopefully it continues to work out for you!
Even jokingly calling her a “Chinese ironing board” (in an attempt to do what? Dunk on the thread?) has gotta be a terrible relationship decision.
What does "Chinese ironing board" even mean?
Flat with no body
But it comes with access to all her boyfriend’s TwoPlusTwo posts.
is anyone on facebook?
