didn't watch the video but sadly i'm embarassed to admit that i share a bunch of the "lifehacks" el diesel does - he just ramps it up to 11 whereas i keep it at a moderate 4 and am fully aware that society frowns upon it and agree they should whereas he thinks he's got it all figured out so we share some thinking in common but he's just terrible and shameless about it

I love how he thinks he will just get hired to deal anywhere he wants. I got rejected at Wynn for their summer series and I had been dealing for 3 years.

Also his attention to detail - dare I say he has AdHd or OCD or some kind of issue - has become quite oftputting. I really don't cAre if he was shorted 32 cents on his weekly paycheck.

You didn’t miss it, I’m guessing he’s not releasing those top secret numbers. Based on what he has shown I would guess he made something like this:

Hard for me to think these are genuine smiles when Diesel is presenting himself as the intellectually superior person in every situation he finds himself in.

The overarching theme of Diesel's life is that he's being "screwed" by outside forces all the time. It wouldn't surprise me if he actually quit a job over being shorted $0.32.

The only reason Diesel didn't flip out after his first paycheck at Orleans is because the overall check was more than "his numbers" came up with. And that's only cause the down rate for tourneys is just a minimum rate and almost always more.

That's the reason he was ok with Orleans obviously calculating the overtime rate incorrectly and kept shorting him like UPS, like his IT job and like every other job he's worked.

I can guarantee you we would have gotten the same vitrol against Orleans if the tourney down rates paid exactly what the minimum rate was and led to his paycheck being shorted. Because Diesel's overtime calculations were obviously correct and not the big casino company who has done this for decades until he got corrected and magically this calculation almost matched perfectly with Orleans calculations.

It was amazing how he could work 55 hours a week and somehow expect to get paid for more than 15 hours of OT. Yet when I tried to tell him he says he wasn’t “double counting hours.” Then how in the world else could your numbers always show more OT hours than what your employer showed?

I am guessing a good game for Diesel is a table filled with tight passive players where no one has played with him before as anyone that had played with him would never pay him off.

My guess if his game is he is basically an OMC that doesn't spazz out with high pocket pairs

one of his hands of the year is a hand that happens probably 2-3 times a session for most players in a spot where he most likely had the best hand anyways.

Faulty logic too on the hand and a terrible spot to bluff when you're going against a short stack that's pot committed most of the time with any pair they're calling on the turn with. He's just fortunate that they likely missed a draw while he thinks he made some massive bluff.

Bad play by Diesel, given that this is one of his hands of the year he must rarely bluff, which is too bad because he would get so many bluffs through with his image.

His hourly makes sense when I see his logic in hands like this and his lack of bluffing.

It also confirms to me that he is likely autistic.

The news reports San Fransisco cracks down on nomads giving them a 72 hour notice to vacate and gather their tent and pocket bread. That's good at least it gives them three days to rest until room rates lower again.

Rice has come to the conclusion dealing poker for 8 hours on the clock making at least $250 is better than a 13 hour poker playing day, making maybe $100.

It's funny how Diesel, for years, kept saying you must be a real loser if you had a job. Then the last 3 months he did almost nothing but talk about his J O B.

Wonder how much of a multiplier of his usual annual revenue he made this summer. .7x? .8x? He might only need to make another couple three grand to cover his nut for the year. After which he can play just for the reward credits, but only needs to break even at the tables.

Did you factor in his lost Gatorade/Milkshake/Chocolate Milk voucher drink revenue stream?

And yeah it’s hilarious that the light bulb went off and he realized that when you work 8 hours at an actual job it only takes up a little more than that in actual time. Instead of bum hunting up and down the strip when he’s grinding promos and adding HOURS of wasted time to each session.

Not only that, now he is talking about next summer either dealing 2 fulltime gigs or working even more at The Orleans.
