How did Britney and Sashimi on high stakes make their Bankroll?
Not to be a chat pro, but I dont seem to have seen anything from them that is spectacular as a player. So how did these 2 get to high stakes? If they have backers, who is backing them?

I am guessing this thread will probably be locked soon, but you do not have to make “spectacular” or fancy plays to build a high stakes bankroll. You just have to play well, get lucky enough to avoid big downswings, and not have to pull money from your roll for living expenses. (The second can sometimes supersede the third.)

I think Britney is very rich but I'm not gonna speculate on how or why that is. Sashimi has access to incredible games and plays relatively solid, so it's easy to see why someone would choose to back her.

Sashimi used to be really nitty on the monday game at hcl i remember, she probably built up a roll by playing these ultra soft lineups. I wouldn’t be surprised if Peter is bankrolling her for the 100/200+ games though, oh and Britney is Peter’s actual sister.

The only reason why I myself was hesitant to call out the sexism is because if a man is playing badly at high stakes we assume he’s a rich fish, and OP is not assuming that here. Assuming that the women in the game are being staked instead of bringing non-poker money to the table doesn’t seem particularly bad to me.
