just started playing full time on Iggy ( Bodog ), for over a week ( MTT's ), and on Sunday it quit on me - while being 18th of 75 with 2K$ for 1st

sad thing is i know guys in the US who use the Ignition client n it was working fine ( guys from Canada using Bodog also quit on them ) , everyone i think using Bodog

so basically was getting blinded out , while others were printing getting free chips

sure I got my 18th place prize money and a whole " $10 bonus " to unlock by paying rake over time

I love how soft Iggy is , dont mind the software

but didnt like at all how the customer service handled this situation

DriveHud is legal on Betonline. You should be able to check with a HUD's website to verify others. You can see all of the rules at https://help.betonline.ag/articles/poker... but they don't list specific HUDs.

I play tournament on Betonline from Europe using the website and I have a fiber link. I've only recently started using it seriously.

The website is very laggy. It takes something like 30 seks just to open Lobby of a tournament.
When playing, quite often it eats all my time I have to act. So if I have 10 secs, it will give like 2 secs which is not enough and it sits me out. This is super annoying obviously and eventually it will cost me a tournament if it happens at the wrong time.

Anybody else experiencing this? I guess if their server infrastructure is shitty and located far from Europe this can explain it.

I have to use the website only because I'm on Linux, don't know if the client is equally bad.

Is BOL mining crypto through the client? With lobby open it uses ~15% of GPU.

I upgraded from GTX 1660 Super to a RTX 4070 Super, expecting GPU % to go down, but BOL still uses ~15%.

I'm not savvy enough to know if they're mining crypto, but isn't it curious after a big GPU upgrade BOL still uses the same % in task manager?

BOL is capable of anything, I wouldn't put anything shady above what they might do lol

Today I was given $1,000 for successfully reporting a suspected bot to BOL. They obviously didn't say whether the player was a bot or was breaking rules in another way, but that they confirmed they were violating TOS.

Good on them for taking care of people who look out for this kind of stuff. Also somewhat worrying as to the overall state of bots, cheaters, etc. I also recently got a credit after other players were banned.

Would you share the reported player's sn so we can be mindful if they are somehow still playing?

Payment provider for crypto. I had two deposits first one eventually showed up. Two hours later. The second one has yet to show up been over 6 hrs with 50+ confirmations for a Litecoin transaction. At the time of the deposit I left mobile browser open waiting to confirm. At some point I hit back a d it loaded a new address. Which this has happened before and still always received the funds. But I guess with what ever issue they are having its not linking the deposit address to my account. Which support kinda just blows you off a d really dont want to look into it any further. Which I would imagine if they would check with provider and confirm fund have been sent to this address that was provided to me by them this could be cleared up. Betonline are saying i played no casino last month, so I don't get monthly cash boost. I won 1800 with the money from last monthly cash boost and put through like 800. So, I don't know.

I've been getting emails telling me to download an app called Telegram in order to receive a weekly cash boost. Has anyone done this? Any potential downside?

No, they are still all straddle but you can now choose to 'skip straddle always' in options. Before you had to select 'skip straddle always' in each game.

You can switch off straddle in the settings.
