To answer your question, Huds are not permitted on CoinPoker. Players can use tools to manage and analyze their own HH as long as they are not used whilst playing.

Which software would you use to capture hand histories (ideally import into PT4) without using a HUD? Is it possible to use hand2note to only capture hands but not display a HUD?

edit: After some googling it looks like you can just email coinpoker support for hand histores then import them. Coinpoker rep - how often can we request these? If I sent a request once a week is that fine?

This whole CHP for rakeback is incredibly annoying, it gets depleted so quickly that often times if you don’t top up your CHP before you leave a table where you had action you end up with 0 CHP and having paid rake without getting any rake back. Surely there is a more simple system to implement. Also I notice you’ve disabled being able to swap CHP-Tether so your rake back is effectively stuck in CHP and used for more rake. Why can’t you just apply a 33% refund in Tether every week and make it simpler? Or am I being incredibly dumb?

I have been playing on CoinPoker while also playing on other websites. Was using DriveHUD to track my hands on other websites and recently DriveHUD also started supporting CoinPoker. Can someone from your team please clarify if my account is at risk of being locked, I had no intention of violating the Terms of Service but it was just convenient and I assumed its fine since DriveHUD has added support for CoinPoker.

My other concern is other players are using this HUD and gaining an unfair advantage against players that are not using. Can you let the community know what you are doing to stop this?

yeah the current rakeback system is pretty dumb if you want to attract casuals recs. its simple, pay out in USD each week, i dont see why we have to sell chp for crypto to get $, such a dumb rakeback system

Thanks for voicing your concerns. Our team is aware of DriveHud and we are working to remove their optionality. For the time being we recommend disabling DriveHud as this does break our TOS.

Maybe you should do the same with Hand2Note, which has provided a HUD on your site for years

I tried to deposit on this site last thursday, seems like something went wrong. Tried to contact them in several ways, no respons at all. Stay away from this site, i dont know what is going on but this seems not right.

This is annoying and unhelpful to the community. I find support responsive and very helpful. If something went wrong with your deposit, you most likely sent it to the wrong address. Desposits are fast.

Why has the option to swap CHP to USDT gone? If I have a large amount go CHP due to rakeback but no USDT left, how am I supposed to use my rakeback to gamble? You used to be able to swap it in either direction now you can only buy CHP with USDT, unless I'm being dumb.

Maybe you send the money from exchange? Only works well if u have own private wallet.
