What's going on FreakDaddy seeing as you have the DriveHUD2 logo as ur profile pick I'm hoping you can help me out. Recently purchased DriveHUD2 unfortunately for me I didn't take the time to do any research and bought it not realizing it wasn't compatible with Mac. I see on the site it suggest using parallel or WINE to make it Mac compatible however I'm not very tech savvy and haven't had luck with either can't even figure out how to work WINE and I got Parallel working and was able to download
Ya, as a MAC user that's something you should check, or at least download the trial. 😀 No worries... I'd recommend just using bootcamp instead of either of those. We have directions here:
If you have an issue, just contact support and they can assist. As a mac user, it's worth spending the time getting bootcamp setup, this way you're not limited by OS anymore. It's really helpful in this space, since most poker software is windows only. We'll get you squared away.
ClubGG update today seems to have broken DriveHUD. Will there be an update soon?
Yeah.. they just updated a couple of hours ago. The dev team is looking into it.
Just like all site updates, they are posted as auto updates if you play on that site. But it will be posted in here and our forums as well when it's ready.

Fix for ClubGG update
Fixed an issue where HUD positions would not save in the replayer if the center menu was used
Fixed an issue where HUD would load twice after using the Hide/Show HUD feature in the replayer
Just played a ClubGG session and it only caught like 20% of my hands. Will there be a fix for this and is there a way to manually upload the rest of my hands from this session?
EDIT: Disregard the above. ClubGG had somehow been unchecked in the AHC settings page, but now all is good.
Only slight issues that remain are that HUD shows my historical data and I prefer just session data (I don't have "Show historical data" checked in settings).
Also, HUD no longer recognizes that I'm always centered at the table.

Support let me know about your ticket, and we spoke to the dev team about it. They said it's not detecting hero for you, so that's the issue. They should be reaching out.

The dev team figured out the issue. It's because Clubgg added a new mode - no turn no show, so you can't see your cards preflop until it's your turn. Hero is tied to knowing those hole cards, so that's why it's not tagging it as Hero. This is a new option setting for club owners/admins. Not all clubs have enabled this option. They will issue a build fix soon.
All support tickets are answered, none go unanswered so please check your junk /spam folders. Please make sure you're emailing supporting, and not a no-reply sales email address.
As far as your issue, my best guess is you're playing a stake that is above your micro stakes license. The best thing to do is just email support from inside of DH2, the support icon at the top right and they can check your log.
I am also not playing at any high stakes. I am playing at 5c/10c and as I mentioned in my post the hud is working and showing up on regular tables of the same stake but has automagically stopped appearing on the fast fold tables where it was appearing before. I have uninstalled and tried everything in my power. It is also worth mentioning that the hands are being pulled into the hud and my winrates and graphs are being tracked but the actual hud overlay on BOL fast fold tables where I have played 15k hands before with the hud is no longer showing.
I have emailed support twice from within the software both times I get an automated message from ACE poker solutions that says they will respond in 24 hours. I do not get any follow up email in my trash/junk etc.
I have tried to update my client to the latest version but the update exe does nothing. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled using the update exe and it installs the same version.
It shows my current version as 2.0.14.10334
And latest as 2.0.16.11460.
I have tried a fresh download from the site as well as the update link in the software both of which download an drivehud exe which installs the same exact version and does not update to latest.

I just saw the dev team send a response to support and support answer your ticket. Your ticket was initially answered as well, and you responded to it, so I'm not sure why you're saying that. Regardless, the solution is to use the direct link. I saw it was sent to you.

Cool.. Just curious, what are the player level in the new site(coinpoker) DH support? is it close to something like pokerbros or is like PS/WPN?
Does the holdem version work for tournaments on PokerBros?

when I'm adding my CoinPoker account to my alias, the player name is showing up and I can add it...
when I try to set up my rakeback function, I can't find the player (and scrolling through them, I don't think I say ANY CoinPoker players who I've played with in the list, I am thinking it has to do with it being a new room, rakeback calculation may not be available yet?)... just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same thing.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll check w/ support and the dev team tomorrow about that. I don't know of any reports, but I'm not always in the middle of what's happening w/ support and advanced tickets. I'll get back w/ you on it though. ty
