[ClubGG] Scam alert? NPN Poker | Massiv Union [Resolved]
Here is the story. I joined NPN Poker under Massiv Union last month on ClubGG. I've played in some tournaments and the tables are soft and I won some money. Everything seems pretty good until I try to withdraw my winning. I have had to work long hours recently, so I am trying to withdraw all the chips from my account. The Club manager first told me my account was under review then just refused to reply message. I know I can't get my winning back but at least I lost the minimum. If I play for months or win a big prize and they take it all, it will be frustrating. I admit I play from Hong Kong but with a US flag on my ClubGG account. But I never play through VPN or try to deceive any players. I post all the chat history below(Some sensitive information is covered for privacy concerns). Anyway, if you love poker and care about money, don't play on NPN Poker or any clubs under Massiv Union. Peace!

The union has a vague rules which many clubs tweak according to their convenience .
Using USA flags is their requirement but players are allowed to play from all over the world, simply by creating USA-flag account ( using VPN as there is no other way).
However, you are NOT allowed to play if:
1. You are from a forbidden country. List of forbidden countries should be provided to you by the club / agent.
2. You actually use VPN during gameplay.
VPN is allowed only for account creation ( to receive the USA flag). Then you turn it off and if you are from the allowed countries, you can play.
With that being said, Hong Kong is NOT a forbidden location, according to the union rules. If you did not play with VPN, you have done nothing wrong.
Just another cop out to steal your winnings.

Actually, I did the exact things you are talking about without knowing it. I only used a VPN when created my account and never played with a VPN opening. I knew poker sites are pretty sensitive to VPN uses, so I'll always make sure it's turned off when I open tables. Basic the facts and your explanation, I'm thinking that maybe the union already paid the agent(in my case, NPN Poker), but he didn't want to pay me. So he refuses to replay the messages. That makes sense. Btw, do you have any idea how to contact the union manager?
Update: The NPN Poker has kicked me out of their Telegram channel and deleted all our chat history now without any explanation.
Update: The NPN Poker sent me a message after I contacted the Massiv union manager. And the club owner said he would pay me soon.
Update: The NPN Poker has paid me back. Now, I believe both the NPN Poker and Massiv Union are legit. There should be some misunderstanding last time. Anyway, good luck to all on the table. Peace!
Lol they still are a scam and filled with bots. Prob did this to protect from people like me who crush their bots... all in the min bet for value and donk bluffs.

Hi, sorry to hear that. You can search their union on Google, Massiv Union in our case. There is a website and you can contact them via Telegram. You can send them all the evidence, like screenshots or transaction records. Then you'll be good. Good luck, friend!
