($35 hr.) Online NLHE Cash Game Coaching for Low and Mid Stakes Players

Hello! My name is Vaughn, with Freedom Poker Coaching. The coaching I provide is geared towards players who play anywhere from 2nl to 100nl who are looking to move up, or just increase their current win rate at the stake they're playing. The coaching is extremely player focused, and player specific, I don't spend time on concepts that I believe the student will not benefit from knowing. I offer the coaching at such a relatively low rate simply because I truly have a passion for teaching. I have a background as an English Second Language teacher before becoming a full time poker player.

I also offer free access to a team space, where I list out key exploitative concepts for small stakes NL, along with data points from MDA, Poker philosophies, and much more to come over time. Anyone who buys one hour of coaching get's access to this team space for one month, an additional month is added for every coaching session you buy.

My overall coaching philosophies, and information about me, including results can be found in my previous post here:

Feel free to reach out to me on discord at "freedompoker" if you have any questions or want to book a session.

I highly recommend Vaughn as a poker coach. I found him through his previous post and have been working with him over the past two months to improve at 2NL. I had been playing poker for around 3-4 months before that and was a losing player, playing loose ranges, not sure how to react to 3bets and without a sound strategy.

Over the last two months, Vaughn has helped me play good ranges, worked with me to develop a solid preflop/postflop strategy and improved my poker fundamentals, my hand reading skills, working with tools (Equilab, GtoW) and bet sizing. His poker classes quickly became a highlight of my week, something I eagerly looked forward to.

Beyond the scheduled coaching sessions, Vaughn has also been helpful in answering additional questions during the week and forwarding relevant resources.

If you're looking to seriously improve your poker game, I can't recommend Vaughn's coaching enough. It's been a game-changer for me, and I'm confident it can be for you too.

^ These are my results after I've started working with him

I had a few sessions with FreedomPoker and can highly recommend him. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During our sessions we covered many different aspects of coaching including live plays, hand reviews, strategic implementation, consistency plans and mental game struggles.

I am a 50NL player and, like all 50NL players I imagine, I had a relatively solid understanding of fundamentals but had been hampered by strategic and mental game leaks. FreedomPoker was very helpful in identifying and contextualising these leaks and his suggestions were always very useful pieces of advice.

One of the absolute best things about FreedomPoker's coaching is the methodical and straight forward nature of it. Freedom is not afraid to simply lay out strategies and discusses their implementation in-game in a way that is very easy to follow. He is also in the process of creating materials that make this learning process even easier.

I also have to congratulate Freedom for being able to adjust some of this materials and advice to my particular playstyle. Unlike Freedom and the majority of his other students I am a redline player. Freedom was excellent at adjusting to this and so our sessions were heavily focused on exploits and pool tendencies. To be able to successfully coach somebody despite having a different playstyle is very impressive and so no matter what your graph looks like I can safely say that any lowstakes player would benefit a lot from his coaching.

There seemed to be a genuine interest and care for my success in poker and I have found his support incredibly useful. There were times where I was overly critical of myself and Freedom was very encouraging while not sugarcoating any actual issues.

I had some significant personal and technical issues at the beginning of last month so I only have a small sample size to show but for what it is worth my graph for the past month is below. A very insignificant amount of hands and I don't have my graph from before the coaching began but as you can see the limited amount of results for this past month has been very positive. Been running good of course but I can definitely say that I have benefitted a lot from the coaching with FreedomPoker.

I can also recommend FreedomPoker, affordable and solid coach. Quickly idenified many of my leaks.

I've had 4 sessions with Vaughn and can definitely recommend him to anyone playing 100NL or below. He went through my database and identified a number of leaks in my game. When reviewing hands, Vaughn has a great formula of asking the student for their thought process in the hand, and then distilling the info down to make future decisions easier for the student. He is able to re-phrase things that I know intuitively but can't easily articulate, into heuristics that can be applied in the future, simplifying your thought process and freeing up mental bandwidth for the tough decisions. When I started coaching I was playing 50NL and am now shot-taking 100NL. This is high value coaching in my opinion for anyone who is looking to move through the micros/low stakes. Also just an awesome dude and easy to talk to!

Is it recommended to PLO 50?

I honestly couldn't say whether or not PLO 50 is a good game to play, all of my energy and focus exclusively goes into NLHE cash games, that goes for both as a player and a coach.

Updated thread to reflect price changes, and new promotions:
https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/290/c...

This is now an old thread. I would have liked to simply update the title of this thread, but 2+2 mods have been ignoring me for weeks so the only option I have is to start a brand new thread.

If you report your original post and in the report just say what you want changed I think that would be a good way to get a hold of one of the mods.

I tried multiple times and nothing... But it's fine, I really appreciate you reaching out! I hope all is going well.
