Unresolved Withdrawal Issues with PokerStars – Ignored by Support

I've encountered a frustrating issue with PokerStars when attempting to cash out to the same bank account I used for my initial deposit. Unexpectedly, they requested a bank statement, which seemed excessive as it would expose my entire balance and transaction history. Support indicated that a screenshot of my online banking, with sensitive information blacked out, would suffice. I complied and submitted the requested screenshot two weeks ago, but since then, I've received no response or update on my withdrawal status.

Efforts to reconnect with support have been fruitless. In Germany, PokerStars has eliminated all customer service contact options except for live chat, where my inquiries continue to be blatantly ignored. This lack of communication and support is alarming, especially when it involves financial transactions. Does anyone else have similar experiences or advice on how to proceed in such situations?

Follow their complaints procedures in their T&C, to the letter.

I haven’t had this specific issue or any serious financial related issues with Stars … but did have an issue that involved long delays in responses.

In the end it was resolved.
