I don't really see anything Wine related besides Nose like you mention so I think that may actually be my favorite...
I like Waitress waaaay more than Cook for this, having trouble articulating why but it seems much much better to me

This seems a little speculative and don't really get why it's better than cook.

It is certainly speculative, I'm not going to fight it if you prefer Cook, that just doesn't seem like the word to me for nose/waitress/cook
