Didn't Watson also cost draft picks coming off a year he didn't play at all? It's going to be incredibly difficult to top the Watson situation
Lions moving to more Man as the drive goes on. Think it's just cover 1 now. They seem to be reacting to the motions though. Players are blitzing or slanting based on the motion.
And as I type this they run base against the motion and I think the LG anticipated a movement and didn't get it.

Well Wilson cost everything and they ended up eating it and letting him play with another team for free, that is pretty bad.
I dont think he is that bad, Peyton went nuts imo. Wilson is crazy for sure tho, totally nuts thinks he is god. But hey, he can play.

Watching Hutch get blown back on every single run play is disappointing. It's impacting his pass rush so far this drive. He's got to react better to run/pass to close this drive out.
too much grit
Love the concepts from Detroit on this drive. The new style modified zone blocking hp front that moves OL around. The misdirection and the movement of the OL kept all of the 2nd level players locked. Sewell is so much fun to watch. Probably a top 10 player I'd key on game in and game out.
Lions zone scheme is so much fun. The interior guards move so well on the double team/combo blocks. Conceptually Sewell at RT really opens up that scheme some too if his dominant foot is his right and he likely gets a better start going right.
Gibbs really is meshing well with the vision there. Number 0 for the Rams is honestly bamboozled at how to handle the run at him right now. I was surprised that 1st and goal run was just going right at number 0.
That's a TD.
