The Tokyo (Haneda) airport food vending machines are awesome. I had $3 left on my Suica transit card. I got a ton of food for the balance. Those pizza turnovers are yummy.

I just went through Japan airport security. Wow those guys found stuff that got through years of USA airport searches. e.g. My son had scissors (RIP) buried in the bottom of his backpack that has gone through many many scans. They also found baby scissors in another bag that they inspected and then let go.
Also, RIP to my daughters deodorant. (Too big)
Looks like an AI/remote scan followed by a human scan/search. All our carry-ons except my wife's got flagged. lol
I have heard that the U.S. can be very relaxed wrt their own rules (which are generally the same as in other countries).
I (somehow) won the 2+2 EPL eggball auction fantasy league last year in my very first year of doing fantasy, can't rely on beginner's luck this time around 😀

I always liked that guy! Bobo told me Mets sees him now and then, that he (Anarchist) is married now. I need to take a trip up east someday and actually meet these people myself maybe. Bobo's getting married himself next summer, probably then. It'll be like that Amok Time Star Trek episode I bet!

idk which neighbors it was. i've only interacted with the couple directly south of me. i'd be shocked if it was them. some new people moved in down the hall, and they are loud, young, and one morning there was one of those rental scooters outside their door, on the 5th floor.

I cut the cable TV cord last month (Then went on vacation). I looked at what shows I was recording for my $70/month... Gutfeld, Big Brother, Fallon, Food Network, weekend sports. Clearly not worth the $$$ so the axe fell.
I'm okay with it.

Yesterday, we've sent our son off to his new job in Maryland. He's been working on getting an apartment. He's already learning things like a 'cashers check' (for rent) is not the same as a 'personal check'. lol
Also, he's too cheap to rent a car so he's been taking the bus or Uber. Sniff, he's just like dad!
