New name/stack size font, not a fan.
Unnecessary change, along with the rest of GUI slight changes that I can't quite put my finger on. Borders, edges, roundness or something.
If we can change felt, theme, etc...
Perhaps allow a selection of font (not like all of them but like 3, 5?), size, bolding and color?
I was credited the remaining buy ins from the 30th. I was informed they were being distributed in batches based on amount. I did ask if they were able to identify the issue and if they could give any reasonable assurance it wouldn't happen again, and if this was an isolated incident. I have not received a response yet.
I am still missing money. They are still saying they are working on it. I also asked about the Spin of the Day not being accessible for the last couple weeks and they acknowledged a n issue but had no comment.
I can't open the app on my desktop anymore, it just says "client program failed to initialize".
It still works fine on my phone.
Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

Talked to support - said they're undergoing "scheduled maintenance" but that sounds like BS to me.
Just noticed it won't let me use my mouse wheel to scroll bet sizes all of a sudden. Is there a setting I need to toggle? Not seeing it anywhere
Not sure if this is the right place to post - finding it very hard to get through to support - but my RSA token has expired, so I have to use one-time passwords (OTP) to log in. So I need to remove the RSA authentication, but ironically, that requires the RSA code - the OTP won't work. The "help" function "transfers" me to support, but just leaves me waiting, seemingly indefinitely. How can I resolve this - it shouldn't be so hard!

Managed to setup SMS as OTP so I won't run out of passwords, but still would be nice to remove the RSA requests on log in; it's very fiddly, and unnecessary.
was looking through some hands today and noticed something, seems like rake was raised maybe as recently as today if I'm correct? for example at 1/2 HU is 1.25 vs .75 and 6 players from 3 to 3.5. percentage is 5.5% im not sure if that got bumped either
Yep. Looks like it's gone up substantially. Bet Rivers enters the market, claiming the lowest net rake, and PokerStars' response is to raise the rake? Brilliant.
Here's a snapshot of the website from May 2024. 5% was the highest percentage then. Now it's 5.5% except at NL1k+, where they raised the rake cap substantially, which is more important at those stakes.
PokerStars never struck me as a site run by people who actually understand online poker

i used a new method to deposit while grinding, got my account froozen, and my tables closeed!! in the middle of session.
Then i try to contact support and it's been almost 24h and nobody answered!! WTF
We all want pokerstars to get back to n1 instead of stupid ggpoker, and this is their respond??
also , seriously they are increasing rake ??

Yeah I got the same. What's weird is the total they give me and I can never figure out how they arrive at the number no matter how I slice up my audit for the year

Did anyone else get an email telling them they are being given a trial period for the select diamond program? The test they’re doing is April 21 - 1 June. The rake back is 25% paid daily into your account on top of the regular chests. You also get a dedicated account manager and 24/7 customer support. Seems very similar to supernova back in the day.
The problem is that I’m not a fan of the cash game traffic. I’m really hoping we merge with NJ/MI under MSIGA here soon to bolster the cash games but end of April is only 2 weeks away.
Does anyone else experience an absurd amount of DC when opening new tables and closing tables? Additionally, every time I sign in, I am given an MFA code. Is there anyway to turn that off?
Lately every time Im playing on Stars PA, I go thru major server disconnection issues. I play on WSOP PA and Ignition often at the same time and those tables are fine.
I recently uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn’t seem to help. Has anyone else been experiencing this or just me?
Nope, not just you. The client completely freezes almost every time I close an individual table. I have to sit out all, close a table, hope it doesnt freeze. If it does, I shut down the client from the task manager, and restart. Super inconvenient, but I deal with it.
Edit: are they still doing server work? The app won't load at all for me on my phone. It just sits and spins.
