It wasn't really that hard to hijack planes back in the day. There were something like a couple hundred here in the 70s alone--mostly people just joyriding to Cuba. It was so common the feds were planning on building an airport in Fla. so they could land them there and fool the hijackers into thinking it was Cuba lol

If that's what you meant then you are even more wrong. You are very confused about who is what kind, or you pretend to be. The "smart" people, by which you really mean conformists (whether that's through ability or acculturalization or both) , which many refer to as the PMC or Professional Managerial Class, are the most heavily indoctrinated class. They have to be or the system will fail. They never question anything issued through the propaganda framework by whom they see as connected to their patronage network.
If you as some kind of financial software engineer, or whatever you claim to be, was tasked with targeted black people to rip them off because they were least capable of political retaliation, you would do it without question. Because you vote for Democrats, you might pretend to feel bad about it, but you would 100% do it and 100% not utter a syllable of criticism to your superiors while you did it. I would never do that, just like I would never support a politician who was complicit in a genocide. But you happily do because you would absolutely do anything you were told to do by those who have control over your income and well being. You've been pre-selected for that tendency.
