Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

Going to Vegas in November and want to recreate one of El D's challenges (not counting any of the starvation ones) - which one should I pick? Not keen on making a vlog for it but certainly would do an elaborate write-up here?

The Stratosphere Nomad publishes a tutorial video on how to be homeless in Las Vegas.
He first states that Nomads need either a job or government EBT already in place since Nomads do not have a mailing address and cannot apply for new jobs.
He states that he lost his license due to child support but if you have a license it is easier to sleep in your can than a tent but to avoid homeless shelters and encampments since homeless people bring eachother down and steal from eachother.
He recommends a storage unit for $44 per month that stays open untl 10 pm to store clothes and supplies. Also to have a gym membership is required.
He states there is a place on Maryland Parkway which will comp $600 for new Nevada nomads.
Strat Nomad indicates he carries plastic poncho, a bottle of bourbon, and marijuana pipe since it is legal in Nevada.
Statosphere Nomad states he carries a combat knife and firearm and guaze and tourniquet at all times due to fear of robbery. (This is bad advice and should be condemned since casinos prohibit weapons).
He recommends a solar power bank for phone charging as well as states that RTC bus provides free wifi and one can sleep on the bus using a daily unlimited pass.
Stratosphere Nomad forgets to teach about tier such as 150 hours at MGM for Gold and the Wyndham business credit card for CET Diamond for $95.
Also he failes to mention that booking rooms with Best Western points and Hilton Honors points will waive resort fees at the Stratosphere and Resorts World respectively.
The wynn games are amazing, i think ive played with her before, if i did she was cool.
Wynn games are different, you cant straddle now so theres a gap from 5-10 and 10-20 since its no longer 5-10-20 and 10-20-40.

Although they're both gonna have thirsty dudes after them, it's amazing how many average looking woman have become famous in the poker world because 90% of the player pool are like Diesel or Bikeking.

I don't ever remember seeing Lynne Ji seminude. I wish I did. Her best videos were when the milkers were well exposed and prominent in the video. It was weird that sometimes she set the camera up as to NOT show them off.

Fly to San Diego just to play 2 hours poker then complain when the buffet replaces chicken parm with lobster and shrimp.
Do a whole week of eating only free lounge snacks and complimentary condiments and pocket foods.
See what's the most vile disgusting hotel bathroom slurry you can create in a rice cooker, using less than $2 worth of ingredients.
See how many months you can go without paying anything for laundry. Then try to break that record.
That's a good one, here are a few other options:

Lots of good options here.Homeless weekend or cooking up a nasty slurry in the hotel bathroom is my two personal fav suggestions. Although i guess nobody being close to normal would do the homeless weekend when they fly out to Vegas.

I expect a full pivot to traveling dealer and changing the name of his channel to Dealing Poker Nomad. Honestly, I think his channel could grow since there are a number of traveling dealers and they would welcome Diesel's assistance to penny pinch and save money while on the road.

Yea he's very slowly realizing what he's been doing playing 1/2 nl has been an absolute waste of time.
His poker game has never improved,even terrible players are a little better, rake is up, inflation etc. He can talk about ban run-outs and all of this other nonsense but he spent June and July making probably 5-6 times more an hour dealing than he has playing over the last 2 years with no downswings.
He has been barely scraping by. Only a complete idiot would go back to trying to be a 1/2 single digit hourly pro at this point.
He just somehow has a massive ego and can't state the obvious - he failed as a poker pro and it's not worth it anymore. So he speaks in convoluted riddles but he's gonna deal more in 2025 than 2024,more in 2026 than 2025 etc.

I don't know and I don't watch. Buy every title of a video is -$900, -$1,200, etc. He doesn't seem to be getting better. He probably just got rich off Bitcoin like the rest of Asia and is gonna blow that.
