- Check if pop-ups are enabled/disabled (make sure it's enabled)
- See if your firewall or active background software (like anti-virus software) restricts the site. If so, simply add the site to its whitelist.
- Use Chrome or Firefox for an optimal gameplay experience
- Refrain from using VPNs (Virtual Private networks)
- Clear your web browser's cache and cookies.

when i try to access my tables it goes to a black screen. anyone else having problems?

Yep, same thing happening for me too.

After the error the two previous players are referencing, nearly SC 400 are missing from my account. Below is a copy/paste of the message I sent to GP support. I previously contacted them when the error happened, but they haven't replied, despite it being almost a whole day later.

What I sent to support:

My tournament winnings from two tournaments I cashed never showed up in my account. There was an error on Global Poker's end starting around 1:30 AM North American Central Time Zone (CT) that lasted for multiple hours and affected tournaments that were already in progress. Multiple players on a forum confirmed the same thing happening to them at the same time. The players who were eliminated before this error already received their prizes. In the lobby these 2 tournaments still show up as in progress, despite being nearly a day old. The remaining players still haven't received the prizes that we won.

There are two reasonable ways to handle this. The first is to distribute the remaining SC prize pool evenly among the remaining players. The second way is to distribute SC payouts based on current chip positions. Refunding the buyins would NOT be an acceptable solution because the players who were eliminated before us already received their prizes. I will provide details regarding the two affected tournaments below.

Once again, those who were eliminated before the error on Global’s end already received their prizes.

I already contacted support when this error first happened. Unfortunately, it's been nearly a whole day, and I have not yet received a reply. Please remedy this issue ASAP.

After logging in today, I finally received my winnings, but one of the tournaments still shows up in the lobby as running every time I log in, even though it was 2 days ago.

Curious; did Support respond, or did they just pay you without communication?

I've used this site for years. Have almost entirely used Chrome. At this point, my internet connection is a dream. I don't have the slightest problem with anything except Global using Chrome. This is new and only started at the end of the summer here.

Does this continue for anyone else? Lag after you take actions, freezing and then "catching up", timeouts and auto folds for taking too long, etc?

The site appears to be down for some people. Myself and 2 of my friends can't login

Y'all are not the only ones. I am getting a message now that says my account is blocked for too many login attempts even though my password was correct on each attempt.

Can you adjust the preflop bet slider so I can change an opening raise to 2.5x instead of the default 3x? Doesn't look like there is :(

I didnt have any problems today but I read on discord other are having trouble with logging in... Try resetting your password. I read in discord this worked for some. GL

I reached out to Support who resolved my ticket immediately with a response they were looking into it. Hours later, I received an email from Global that contained a link to unblock my account. I can now log in as normal with the same password and all money I had on cash tables is in my account.

Can I use Sharkscope at the same time I’m logged into Global Poker and playing Mtts? Is this allowed or against tos?

So i guess the lobbying group going after sweepstakes models is just noise? WPT is a huge brand

I see a lot of people been having issues with GP. I actually been running into serious mouse cursor stuttering/lag and thought it was my computer. It's literally impossible to play with zero control of the cursor. Has anyone else been running into this issue? Thanks in advance!

My thoughts exactly although I wouldn't consider this announcement the #1 way to assess the situation. Let's hope that's the case, though.

ive argued this but that was before this wpt club gold announcement.
On the plus side I guess WPT saw that most states (except connecticut) dgaf about the AGA memo and decided to go forward with their sweeps site 😀

I don't think the AGA had anything to do with any of these states but Connecticut isn't alone in not allowing Global. I think the list will get longer. My state just stopped Bovada this week though it isn't a sweeps model. Probably had more to do with the sports betting.

Dude...I'd absolutely love to have another sweepstakes modeled site to play on. Having both would be great.

That said: Have the performance issues cleared up here on Global at all? If I deposit and the huge lag and stutter is there again, I'm definitely going to tilt. It's just...beyond frustrating to be in the middle of a hand and not be able to take any action. The game is hard enough as is.

Can i use sharkscope while playing online poker on Global? Couldn't get a straight answer out of support. They said they don't encourage the use of 3rd party software. Anyone know for sure?
