Can anyone direct me to the auto-top feature for cash games? I got a new laptop and now I don't auto top and for the life of me cannot find where this setting is. It used to auto top on my old laptop, so I know it does. I have went over everything in the menu multiple times and I cannot find it !!!
open a table > click the settings widget > check auto top up
Games not loading.
Running in "pro mode" where tables are loaded in a separate window. Reg'd a few satellites, playing cash games.
The tables never pop up. Go to tournament lobby, click "go to table" , or even "open table" from player list and nothing happens.
Only work around is switching back to every table loading off the main browser window.
I've had this occur multiple dates with multiple tournaments.
I've had similar issues with cash tables, just not loading in a separate window.
I don't understand how it could be but I don't know what else to blame it on either. I'm having zero issues and even had the speed upgraded several weeks ago. New hardware, etc. It just started one day and never stopped. Again: No problems with any other site.
I haven't tried since this last post of mine nearly two weeks ago so I'll go ahead and do that at some point. Really frustrating/buzzkilling.
They weren't super clear when I emailed about it but it's not third party software or anything. It's quite literally just using inspect element on the site but having the alterations saved in a local folder with the image replacements. I can't say with 100% certainty that it's not, but intuitively it should be more than fine given it's obviously not a harm to game integrity and there's no 3rd party software being used. I will try to get a clear answer from them for my own sake and also post it and then would be happy to post the images I've made and instructions on how to do it if it gets a clear okay!
Final update: They say it's against their tos in regards to "modifying their intellectual property" Afaik, there's zero way to detect someone using inspect element client-side but the verdict is in that there's technically a risk to modding the cosmetics so I wouldn't bother. 😀

I highly doubt they would care but there are methods to detect inspect element. There are probably even more workarounds, but probably not worth it. Link below.

I had the hardest time getting a clear answer about using Sharkscope as well. In the end I had to ask multiple times and basically almost get mad at them so they could give me a black or white answer as everything they kept saying was up for interpretation.

You can look people up on sharkscope man, don't worry. Players have to manually opt-in to sharkscope for global iirc.
Having trouble with global poker verifying my bank details. Sent them both a statement as well as a voided bank cheque but they keep saying they are unable to verify the details. Even though the voided cheque and bank statement clearly mention everything they are asking for. Here is the mail they send me
We are contacting you in line with your Global Poker account.
We appreciate your effort in submitting the requested documents.
However, we still need you to submit the Bank Statement of your nominated bank account.
Please note the following:
-The document must clearly display the issuing institution's name
-Addressed to your name (Joint account is acceptable)
-Shows your complete address
-Account number
-Routing number (If applicable)
-The document must not be older than six (6) months.(issue date must be showing in the document)
We have rejected your bank form, so you can submit your bank document through our new bank verification process
When i ask them to let me know what was wrong and missing from the form i submit they send me a message letting me know how to initiate the bank account verification on there site. I thought this maybe a one off and maybe there was an issue with my bank but asked a friend from a different state(and different bank) to verify his details and his verification failed as well.
How do you guys find the competition in MTTs? Thinking about using a different site.

I remember playing a couple tournaments on Global and the structure seemed to be more short-stacked than others, but that could just be my bad memory.

Yeah unfortunately most of the global tournaments have ten minute levels. The good thing is the timebanks are pretty short. On ignition for example I havenÂ’t played tournaments there in years because they have 60 second time banks and pre bubble to bubble bust takes sooo long that it destroys everyoneÂ’s stack. But yeah global tournaments do play pretty short , ACR is really the gold standard for tournaments for Americans.

I was playing a tourney and had a couple people mention I was new to the site but I'm not sure how they got that info.
Also how do I add-on during a tourney.
I've been looking around to find where I can add on but couldn't find it.

Sharkscope tracks global names.
Add ons are done during a specific time. Usually its after the rebuy period ends. There will be a 3 minute break. The add on button is on the bottom right of your screen during the break. If you just go on a bathroom break or whatever you'll miss the button.

Global Poker has stopped crediting my account for envelopes. It has been over a year since I last sent in any, it was 100 exactly.
Its been a couple of months since I have asked them about it.
So far, no responses.
Used to send in envelopes a lot and never had a problem.
I became a winning player and stopped writing envelopes.
But I found a bunch of envelopes that I started, so I finished them up and sent them in, all new verification codes and all.
Does Global Poker ghost people who send in envelopes if they are a winning player and have cashed out a bunch?
