I think turn is a fold given player profile WWSF45 with super low 4bet is unlikely to jam naked KJ or AQ, so you are are looking at range of 2p+ and some super draws.
I fold vs this guy
Are you using Fold to 3b after raising, and 4b% after 3b? The basic F3b and 4b stats aren’t that useful.
Every set is in his range and Qx usually calls so I think you can fold. The Th makes it drawy enough to make him shove his sets and i think he just calls combo draws most of the time
Fold here makes sense based on the stats. If he is not finding the thin value shoves and some lower eq pair+draw it needs to become -ev to call imo
