They have a bank that you can open up an account for generally for free (sans wiring fees). What they gain is they gain you coming to their casino and spending money. It's a service they offer the players.
(This is for LA casinos that I'm familiar with YMMV)

I would call their casino services. Looks like your two best options are either to wire money in or to apply for a marker. You might find this wizard of vegas thread interesting. (Mods please delete if linking to another forum is not allowed)
Contact the casino and ask to set up a Fromt Money Account. Once approved, you can wire them money, and it will act as an electronic safe deposit box. As a US citizen with verifiable employment, you just need to fill out some simple paperwork. Not sure if there additional requirements for foreigners.
