What's that to do with surrogacy lol say I found someone and wanted to have a kid but turns out we couldn't, what's wrong with asking someone we know well if they want to be a surrogate for us? Perfectly legal here in the UK as long as we don't pay the surrogate except for their reasonable expenses.
And it's also not enforcable by law so if the surrogate has a change of heart and wants to keep the kid then that's her choice

There is a simple solution its called mandatory or opt out organ donation . A few countries have the opt out policy. Though if you do opt out you can not receive one either
