I was disconnected 3 times in less than an hour haha

Got disconnected, was able to rejoin 3 of my tables. My fourth is stuck at 99%. Just got disconnected again as I was typing this. lmao....

Ive disconnecting around 5-10 times a day recently, does anyone know whats going on??

Got disconnected 3 times in about 3 hours last night, pretty close to just chucking Bovada and playing elsewhere.

I've got this eyeball symbol showing up with a "1" next to it in the lower left corner of some tournament tables all of a sudden. It appears rarely. Anyone know what it is? I currently have it deep ITM in an mtt, and it's been there for the past 5 hands or so.

What did you have to do to get it reinstated?

They just ask you to submit and ID along with a utility bill verifying address. Also a pic holding the ID if I remember correctly. Not sure what else the investigation entailed.

Definitely not a big withdrawal. Judging by what others have said it seems pretty random.

Just registered for a tournament. Bovada is the only site that doesn't work.

My account was disabled this morning after requesting a depositing the middle of me playing. I emailed them and haven't heard anything back yet. That is 1/3rd of my bankroll on that site, and I know for a fact I haven't done anything wrong to deserve this or violate TOS of the website.

Has this happened to anyone else, and did you get your funds back.

I don't have much to lose, if they **** me over, I swear on everything, they are going to have the worst day imaginable, and there's going to be a lot of people up there left with severe PTSD, while I practice a sunrun straight to hell, all over 400 dollars.

If you are a new player or not verified your account for a while it could be just a verification check. Although less common it does happen in the middle of gameplay something which imo should not occur.

Keep contacting support but be polite as if you react like this you will probably get ignored. Hope it gets solved for you and please post here if it does or not.

I want to clarify I have no connections with the site nor have I ever played there.

I've played on there for 2 years. I deposited 200 and 150 the same day to get 350 on the site total, two deposits because i meant to send 300 anyway and had went down a buy in, so i just sent over 150 more, So i could play 25nl, played all night running pretty well went to sleep, and when i woke up, I played about 8 hours, checked my wallet, I noticed bitcoin was sky rocketing. I went to withdraw 330 out of 450ish i had available so i could generate a little bit of money off that, and it took forever to withdraw which hasn't happened before. Chalked it up to network congestion, and kept playing with my funds for about 8 hours. In the morning, right in the middle of a pot, I was removed from both tables and logged out, when I logged in, "account disabled pending investigation" contact support for more info. Contacted support, no info yet. lll be polite, but I'm not kidding even 1%. Life isn't going to well for me these days and this would do it for sure, if they **** around the last bit of cash i have will be spent on them finding out! Ill keep you guys updated!

I think these *******s are holding funds, because of bitcoin going up. They want the interest money on it, so they did this bullshit to hold it longer and get money off it!

I doubt they're trying to print off interest from a 25nl player. If you've done nothing wrong I'm sure you'll be fine.

What could they possibly be investigating? It makes literally no sense. They are not replying to any inquiry's either.

Its not going to be funny when that place is on the news for a very bad reason.

Could be just a check as I mentioned, you are playing for two years and assuming you were checked at the start it is not unreasonable to assume that it is time for it again. It is done at random intervals and in my experience usually before attempting to withdraw. You didn't say when you were last checked so I am just assuming this is the case.

I agree with one of the above that it is highly unlikely to be what is in your quote above. It would make more sense if shitloads of people were in the same boat but I don't think it would be worth their while trying that on one account.

One other possibility taking your word you have done nothing wrong is that security has picked you up in a false positive. Only way to get a definitive answer is to wait and see what they say.
