2024 NFL Game Thread - Week 6
Thursday
San Francisco 49'ers (-3.5) @ Seattle Seahawks
Sunday
Sorry Brits! Edition
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Chicago Bears (-
it shocks me how disgusting the national anthem is. I mean genocide and slavery.
the brit one is pretty bad too... God says the king has to reign over us lol
There are four verses. The third mentions slavery but doesn't really promote it, just basically saying slaves exist. The third also mentions bloodshed, but I don't really see any genocide there.
He should look up La Marseille if he thinks the US anthem is bad...
Anyway, JAGS time. Time to show Caleb is still a fraud.
the field looks fine today. people aren't slipping all over the place. good job grounds crew
Red Zone Jags
Gabe Davis you fraud.
it was written in 1812 by a slave owner(frances Scott key). and 1812 was in the middle of the centuries long genocide and land theft.
and the third verse that was removed from the original
“Their blood has washed out their foul footstep’s pollution. No refuge could save the hireling and slave from the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave.”
Lol BONK
lol pass into the face mask 6 inches in front you

Deutschlandlied has entered the chat if we're allowed to use deleted/unsung verses...
Da Bears!
da bears
I am really looking forward to that traditional rivalry game between the Giants and Bengals.
Jesus Jags, do better
Edit: Or get bailed out by the refs on a clearly incorrect review, either way
so do they just tell the London crowd that it's supposed to be a bears home game, and the London crowd just goes along with it, and roots for the bears?
He got possession, two feet down, and shifted the ball into his right hand. The refs decided he didn't shift the ball "enough" to qualify as a 3rd move. Ok then, but we're just back to "completing the catch" nonsense.
"He didn't do enough of the 3rd act" is just gibberish
Lol maybe put some more air under that one Caleb. Yeah, that'll do it
No chance, we hate the English I always mute that shite whenever it comes on :p
Imagine waiting years to draft this scrub while somebody else snags Daniels with a later pick.

The ball was moving the entire time. He never really secured it to satisfy the "football act."
