Scamming Alert BSB POKER - Diamond Union by the Club Owner himself!

I am a Agent myself and worked for BSB in the past, didnt had a issue yet. Today i texted them again to reload for our players, as usual. Normally you can either text. There telegram account for the administrator which is @bsbpokeradmin or @bsbpoker_manager. They usually both reply within minutes, so did they today.
I requested a TRC 20 Adress, got it from them, send over the funds and as usual a Screenshot + the txid. They responded "Confirmed received.". After a few minutes texted back "please wait", so i waited for another 45 minutes. Usually they just need a few, but that's not the issue. Just requested to get a small update on what is going on. @bsbpokeradmind AND @bsbpoker_manager blocked and deleted both of my chats with them.
Therefore i strongly believed i got scammed from a Club in the Diamond Union, by the Club owner themself! I didn't received Funds back, i did not got funds in the Requested Account and on top i got blocked by all possible contact methods. Stuff like this happens here and there, but usually from agents and not the club, therefore i post it here!

$350... really?? I first was an agent under them in like 2020 and theyve been one of the original club owners since PPP days and still have clubs in the biggest unions today. Never a blemish on their record and youre really trying to say they scummed you for $350... Well for starters their first @ doesnt have a d on the end like you put. Maybe you got scammed by impersonator?
I spoke to toher SA already 😃 i know 350 is a joke, thats why i didnt believed it in first hand as well. I mean at others they must have 50k and more, not sure whats going on, but yes this happend just this morning.
I texted them more often since then (via the channel which is displayed on the Pokerbros Club), they read the message and insta block.

I recently got scammed for 369 USD , which is compared to the action i gave quiet little but still nothing great.
I joined BsB2 poker and asked the admin whether european players are allowed, he agreed and send me the adress, i deposited 400 USD or so and won. I didnt got offered any rb or whatever and got connected with there manager, after he reviewed some things he said i am a player who he knows (tough first time contact) and he doesnt want to proceed the service with me. I agreed and said thats cool but than make a withdrawal for all chips. He confiscated and only paid out the initial deposit. Tough i still was up 369 USD above my deposit.
I contaced @massiv_support, he blocked me after some chatting. I can proof everything and every single detail, this just seems like a obvious scam or something simliar. They should hold there word and payout the amount, especially after i raked probably 400, 500 USD while not even getting any cent in rb.... crazy world!
They had a trusted website, showed to be supportive but turned out this way.

they just deleted the entire history. Seems the only thing i can do is approach the public and share about it seems. Seems every club can else just post and say , hey yea you won but we dont pay out cause we know you ... hell lmao. First time i chatted with them (which is possible to see on the screenshots i took even!!)

Hello, club manager here. What happened in this situation was the user was interacting with someone impersonating our staff on Telegram Messenger, which is the platform we use for all club communications. There are several Telegram accounts with very similar names and handles to our official accounts. They also use our exact same avatar photo, which is very easy to get by messaging our official Admin and downloading their avatar photo from Telegram.
We do our best to prevent this type of scam from happening. Our official Admin Telegram tag is posted on our website with a screenshot of the account tag and bio directly from Telegram (https://www.bsbpoker.com/contact). We post the correct tag on the club lobby of all our clubs. We recommend to players that they save our Admin contact in Telegram so they can be sure they are messaging the correct contact for all interactions.
Unfortunately, the scammer does succeed sometimes but for obvious reasons, we as the club cannot be held responsible for these incidents, nor do we reimburse players for any funds sent to the scammers.

Hello, club Manager here. This individual was banned from our club for lying about his country of origin. He was informed of this and paid for his chips and rakeback. He was specifically told he was not welcome to play with us again. He then snuck back into the club using a completely different Telegram account. We verified this through Union security, who simply checked his IP addresses. We then confiscated his winnings and returned his deposit, which we thought a reasonable action to take given his actions.
BSB Poker has never scammed anyone or withheld winnings from any player unless they have been caught cheating in the games or deceived the club as described above. Even in these cases, we always return any deposits and only confiscate winnings.

I believe this. I used bsb for many yrs and they were always above board and solid operators. I dont rly play on apps these days so I cant speak for recent history however they never did anything remotely close to shady, and the stories(theres been 2 or 3 diff ppl saying scammed by bsb) all were for meager sums and seems to track the pattern of what scammers would do. So makes total sense someone was impersonating them.
