EPL Regs do Fantasy Eggball (Vol.12)
Welcome back to season twelve of NFL fantasy football.
General etiquette is that the first set of places are reserved for regulars of the Premier League thread, but we're usually a runner or two short, so if you're interested, post below and you'll be considered (and likely play).
We'll run it on Yahoo and unless I hear cries to the contrary, suggest we run:
$20 Draft
$50 Auction
Both with .5 PPR.
Max 12 runners in each
Prizes will be worked out once we have exact runners, but I'd suggest that if it's 12 entries, it's something like 50%, 35%, 15%.
Please post below if you'd be interested in playing. If you could include the following:
- Which league you want to play (both is an acceptable answer)
- That you're happy with the format (and if you're not, include a suggestion)
- A proposed date and time for the draft/auction that would suit you (I'm aware that we're unlikely to find something that will be perfect, so I'll have to make an executive decision.
Immediately, I'm going to have to rule out the preceding weekend of the 31st Aug/1st September as I'm at a stag. So I think the immediate leader in the clubhouse will be the weekend before (24th/25th).

I don't know if Yahoo supports it (I would hope so), but maybe next year we could consider making the $20 a slow draft, i.e. give something like 12 hours a pick? Would be a lot more friendly for anyone in a **** time zone, the ones I've done this season are normally wrapped up well within a week so don't really need to be concerned with it going on forever. Auction should be untouched obviously but might make it easier on a lot of players

I'm 1-5 in the other league. I know everyone's suffering with injuries, but I'm struggling to get over 60 points per week in an 8 team league!
