I know a lot of people who like Trump, and none of them are unhinged lunatics. They can mostly be described as conservatives who are jaded with "the establishment" and averse to far left ideologies. It's not difficult to see why so many people like him. He's blunt and can be really funny, but they're unable to see through his nonsense, and now, after years of being on board, it's difficult for them to admit they were wrong.

A few that come to mind are Mike Pompeo, who was the former head of the corrupt CIA (who bragged on camera how the CIA has been cheating, lying and stealing), William Barr who refused to look into election fraud, and Mike Pence who refused to give congress 10 add'l days before certifying the election to review claims of voter fraud - it wasn't to "over turn the election" as the media portrayed it. This is a good critique of Trump. And I really like the word entailments which I've never used before but I will use going forward when I can.
The argument fails however in the contrast to Kamala, in consideration what we know about her and the regime she represents. Both Trump and Harris put out rhetoric which is clearly in direct opposition to their actual policy aims which are easily inferred through their actions. To be clear, neither one of them has policy aims originating from themselves, deeply held values or beliefs etc.. They are both here for some kind of psychological gratification, ego inflation or something like that, Trump representing himself and Harris the war machine. Trump doesn't care what happens in the country or abroad and so the deep state gets their way by default. Harris has an implanted headset getting direct instructions from the deep state.
Your vote for either of these 2 is just an expression of your sensibilities. You are not voting on policies. If you like cats and calmness you vote for Harris. If you like guns and sexism you vote for Trump. But that isn't going to result in much policy change. If you want change - and all non oligarchs should - you need to vote for a third party because that's the only opinion that really registers. If you vote 3rd party those in power have to take notice and take some kind of action, possibly concessions. If you vote for the major parties the reaction of those with power is ok cool you like cats now give me your child because my meat grinder is hungry.
