Super punt vs good reg
I put this hand because i feel like ATM i playing terrible and i dont know why happens this to me ( i feel is a type of tilt that i play bad the hands when playing but seconds later i know that i played so bad ) .
This hand is call flop 100% , i know it , but vs the big 3bet preflop is okey the call ?

I'd fold to the 3 bet. Very likely you are dominated and other than a flopped 2 pair or better you can easily lose a lot if you hit top pair but normally only win a little.
Usually would 4b or fold depending on the other player since it's an annoying hand to play postflop.
You only defend vs wide 3bets. Easy way to remember if he is not 3betting KQo you wont defend, if he 3bets KJo you would mostly call, if he 3bets KQo but not KJo you mostly 4bet.
AP-Hand is standard call, you can make small raise if you want this is super bad. He just calls off better hands and mega draws.

Yes Is a fold preflop maybe at this position. If i am BTN is a call preflop. Well doblé punt, preflop and flop...
When raising in these spots, think about what you're trying to accomplish vs villains range. Villain has all AK combos, all the sets and a lot of 2pairs. I would guess most people check AA/KK/AQ OTF alot so raising here as some type of bluff to fold out overpairs doesn't sound great. You're only getting called by better and missing out on a lot of spots where villain fires a second barrel with bluffs and river goes x x and you win.
Easy fold pre
Are you trying to get him to fold KK/AA? Idk I would fold pre but as played it seems you are rly bluffcatching since he can have all sets and AK and 3b from BB are usually pretty nutted. Shove cant be a huge punt but its not good either

Force yourself to empty your time bank for every decision postflop? Not easy to do but worth the effort
fold pre to anyone who isn't a spaz, although GTO wiz probably says call 10% time or some sh*t
