From the standpoint of making and parrying arguments without saying something either logically wrong or silly, I have reached the point where I have no choice but to move d2_e4 up to 12th.
This was good. I dont agree with it entirely but it's very solid thinking
a). I think it's ridiculous that some of these procedures are being categorised as medically necessary.
b). I don't think it's ridiculous for a politician to advocate in general for providing medically necessary procedures to inmates.
Hence I've asked about a dozen times now whether Kamala had a hand in categorising these procedures as medically necessary, which nobody has even attempted to answer.

Admitting error in a purely factual sense was not what I was referring to. Although, d2-e2 is making a pretty strong attempt to do just that by downplaying Kamala's association with the D party of California, which is obviously behind the classification of transgender surgeries as medical necessities for prisoners.

Not necessarily. I am still balancing how to deal with two bad thoughts.
1. If a small group of people deserve to be treated no better than, and maybe even slightly worse than a larger group of people. but are in fact in some respects being treated better, you can make that right by not treating them as well as they are, OR by treating the larger group BETTER than they are. However, if BOTH groups are being treated worse than they should be, to go out of your way to make it "fair" by treating that first group worse, is needlessly mean given the tiny extra cost to the population in general.
2. It doesn't matter if giving incarcerated people gender affirming drugs is 10,000th on the list of important issues. It matters whether the issue could change enough votes to change the election results.
So, you can see my dilemma. Luckily for you, you are now above it all and need not bother contemplating such things.
It can't be healthy to be this obsessed with transgender people.
i still think it's 50/50 that the list is a giant level constructed by david putting the people most tilting to roc just a nudge above him 😀
