- on 4th of June-2024 i have decided to join 888poker. But i was not aware what nightmare i have to deal with. I registered my account. Sent my ID and utility bill on my local language. (i am from Kazakhstan). They accepted my ID, but utility bill not.
- I got an email asking for Bank statement. Ok, i sent it.
- Then i get an email that my Bank statement is not accepted. And they asked for another Bank statement. They also have cancelled accept of my ID.
- Ok, i sent again my ID, but on another background. They accept it again! I also sent Bank statement from my second bank. It was on English language. And they again sent me the same email, asking for another Bank Statement.
I have no other bank statement, because i don't have 3rd bank. It is 4 months(!) and i still can't start to play at your site, because of i am unable to pass my address verification.
It is going into infinity. I get exact "copy-paste" email every time. All details on my bank statement are VISIBLE in a high quality. Document issued in last month.
Please assist. I have absolutely no idea what to do more.

Hi! I had an issue with 888 (my blocked and I don't know why) on the 14th.
I spoke to someone on the website's live chat and they told me to sent and email, wich I did the same day. I got the automatic reply right away bur haven't heard from 888 since.
Reference # 240914-000620 is mentioned in the automatic reply.

I've already been banned three times FOR NOTHING.
Here are screenshots confirming that I was banned for 4 months this year, played for 2 weeks and was repeatedly blocked with an unban.
Because of these extremely FAST bans, I can't even withdraw money for 4 months ( +-7k$) . I have never had, as you say, “scripts for seats” and according to you, you have checked this and approved my account for less than 4 months.
Explain at least why I am banned immediate

I have uploaded all of them then they repiley to me that they would forward my documents to the operations department.
Then the operation team asked me to upload my bank statement again. I have done it also. Then there is no more further informations as a week past.

But it is not clear why I cannot withdraw money. I still have the first copy of the invoice on the download page as not accepted. They are both the same. What does this mean? Is this an error or what? No one has informed me by email about the acceptance or rejection of documents. Hello, my name is Rubén and my nickname at 888poker.com is "premium", a few months ago I was asked for documentation to verify my account, I sent all the documents they requested and I received a response saying that they had been accepted, a few days my account was permanently blocked and my funds confiscated without any information, I simply received automatic messages saying that I had breached the terms and conditions of the room, at no time was I given the opportunity to speak to someone to explain what was the problem.
It's very strange because I've barely played in the room and I simply think there was some error when verifying my documents. I have been playing poker as a professional for 12 years and I have never had this type of problem in any room, I only had $1,434 in the room because I played occasionally, but I find the treatment received by the customer service terrible, which has never been the case. allowed me to defend myself, they simply blocked my funds and sent me automated messages.

update: very shortly after writing the above, i was actually able to get some answers. i wasn't getting verified because my account has been closed to due moving country. i just have to make a new account. noone told me this for 6 weeks cuz as i said above, noone was telling me anything. seems like it's getting resolved now so that's a relief

As u already know i am with 888 since 2016; playing micro to lowstakes tournaments almost on a dialy basis with regular winnings.
I am an active member in 888's discord and reddit community, trying to give feedback and fully heartedly improve the poker experience for all of us, aswell as keep a flourishing business relation with 888.
Currently I'm accused of maybe using an AI. As a yearlong experienced and steady improving player there is absolutely no reason for me to do so, because why would i risk a banning if i am in a good and winning relation with 888?
I play up to 100 tournaments a day, often 20 tables simultaneously and therefore absolutely have no time to use any AI in the meanwhile.
As u can imagine, sometimes u make wrong or strange looking decisions due to fatfingering, or the stress of this excessive multitabeling. 2 Days ago i openfolded KK preflop e.g.
I certainly never used any prohibited software while beeing in 888's sincerly pokerclient.
I'm really trying to be helpful in any possible way to get this matter sorted, so please let me know how i can support the actual security check or what kind of information on 888' side is needed.
