I dont have a choice. the medical establishment is very restrictive. without getting too personal, doctors have caused me a lot of problems due to their idiocy.
I've had similar experiences, but then doctor no. 3 comes in to save the day, and I have to give credit where it's due. Not sure how to weigh the damage caused by the folly of the first two against the superpowers of no. 3.

lol for sure. Trump literally thinks he's a genius while being one of the stupidest people I've ever seen, and I've been in the covid thread a lot.
He overestimates himself, as do most people, but he's not as dumb as you think. In fact, he probably has an above average IQ, but maybe I'm wrong about that and think I know more than I really do.
Sure, but a lot of authority figures within various fields have conflicting views, and it's usually the more controversial and disputable ones that we're debating. No one here is arguing about the freezing temperature of water or whether or not airplanes actually work. At a certain point, some things you have to decide for yourself, and even experts are driven by ideological beliefs and preconceived notions.
That's all fine and I'm not disputing it. Note that I have not been arguing that experts are infallible. I have not been arguing that we should always listen to experts. I have not been arguing that we should listen to all experts. I have not been arguing that all fields should be treated the same when it comes to listening to experts.
I have been arguing a very narrow point, and most of the people responding to my posts have strawmanned or misrepresented it as something from the paragraph above. It's not any of those things.

Anyway I’m sure this blanket subjective purge of people ‘deemed to be non citizens’ that’ll solve a problem that doesn’t exist will in no way conveniently purge actual citizens from the voter roll who happen to be ethnic

Looks like washoe is a free man to post. I don't really think losing an option to post on a completely unnecessary second account is really all that heart wrenching of a loss of personal freedoms.

It has been interesting to track washoe's evolution over the years.

washoe is a case study in how extremism can begin to take root in people who are adrift in the world and credulous. He seems like a different person than when he first started posting in the forum.

The problem is legality simply doesn’t matter. The only solace I have relative to this is that Leon has turned himself into a deeply reviled figure outside of crypto bros and the far right that this probably doesn’t move the needle since his base was always voting trump. This PAC has apparently been a complete disaster of incompetence and overstating it’s reach which is on brand for anything Leon touches

He's like Leon from curb. Just showed up and started living like a rich guy by mooching off of others. Granted minus the humor, loyalty and insight Leon has.
