One in a thousand is all I can say.
This is how a coach is supposed to be.
Identifying leaks and then give a solid explanation on better ways to approach the spot and why.
Vaughn has a talent for explaining poker concepts in an easy to understand manner which in turn makes it easy to apply in-game.
Only had a few sessions with him so far but already feel 10x more comfortable about my game.

I have been playing the game for years, mainly small stake MTT's, however, moved over to cash about 2 years ago and was very much break even/losing (graph below).

Since my coaching began, I spent 7 weeks playing 10nl & now the last 6 weeks playing 25nl. I am part time player (about 7 - 10 hours per week), however, the goal is to take this further and progress through the stakes. I have only played 7.5k hands at 25nl, however, I am up 1,500 BB (21/100).

This is primarily thanks to Freedom, and I will be continuing my coaching through the NY and beyond. I feel much more confident about the game and have done very little solver work, he keeps the game simple and concise.

I wanted to share an incredible story about the results of my very first student. Back in June of 2024 I started offering coaching for free, in order to get experience and prove myself as a teacher of the game. Within minutes of making that post this student reached out to me. He had recently gotten into poker and was playing 2NL on GG. It was very clear that he had a long way to go, he didn't know what a value bet was, what VPIP/PFR was, and had never received any kind of poker instruction. After on 5 months of coaching, he has gone from hopelessly losing at 2nl, to crushing 25nl.

What is his secret? He listens to instruction, and ask questions! That's seriously it. Anybody can have a dramatic turn around, if they're willing to invest in their future, and put their trust in those with more knowledge/experience.

I've now done 4 sessions with Freedom Poker. I’ve worked with a few coaches before, but his approach changed everything for me. He breaks down tough concepts into simple, actionable steps that build real confidence in your decisions. One of the most valuable parts of working with him is how he challenges your thinking and pushes you to see the game from a higher level. The only downside is he’ll challenge your ego, but that’s what leads to genuine growth imo, at least that was the break through for me... If you’re serious about becoming a stronger, more strategic player, his coaching is a no-brainer.
