If countless politicians hadn't been caught in similar such lies I'd say you're correct ..but they have been.
My wife, who isn't political but likes true life mystery stuff, has been going down the Candace Owen rabbit hole. Candace has done a pretty thorough investigation of the background of Harris's paternal family, and has made a pretty convincing argument (at least to my wife, I personally couldn't be less interested) that in her autobiography Harris literally is putting Jamaican black standins with no relation to her and claiming they are her grandparents, to obfuscate the fact that her paternal line is more white than black.
As Microbet says, in an election where the alternative is Donald Trump, nitpicking his opponent on matters of personal integrity seems bad faith, but it would be a pretty weird lie that at the same time is very believable to have happened exactly as Owens claims.

Gotchya I was just confused because you said you were. But if you’re not, cool. I still think if you’re a conservative you should vote harris and then republican down the ballot hoping for a gridlocked congress.
As for whether I agree with providing transgender surgeries, I’m inclined to say yes if they weren’t convicted of a sex crime or a crime of extreme violence such as attempted murder, armed robbery, manslaughter, etc and have an especially long sentence. Otherwise I don’t see why they can’t wait until they’re out of prison.

Ca collects 220 billion in tax revenues and spends 3.8 billion on prisoner medical care annually.. Of which, over four years, they spent 4 million on transgender care.
The PAC has spent over a 100 million running the ad you are so inflamed about.

The border was never open, mong - and I can assure you that there are smarter people than us, which also excludes Kamala or Trump, making decisions surrounding immigration and its effects on the country and the world.
