Villain has normal stats, 22/19 3bet 9% etc etc
I find the line very weird, but of course their story is "I have Ah more than you do and you would not check it on the flop", which might be true.

Easy to be over aggro vs capped range here. Also very likley that he cb very often his Ax flushdraws so he has less of them here and if he would have a ahigh flush i dont think he jams here all in with the 8 and 3 making the straighflush i guess he realy didnt notice it wile blindly attacking the capped range.
If he would value bet i think he would be more likley to notice the streightflush so seems like a easy call here.
