AK 4bp good barrel or not against reg?
I am pretty lost in 4bet pots but this one seems to be easy right? jamming 108bb into a 84bb-pot on the river.

No you don’t jam turns on non dynamic boards.
oh so would u bet something like 1/3 on the turn, bluff a heart river or check/fold? and maybe even block like 10% on a Q?

Yeah bet smaller OTT if you bet and could bluff a heart river.
I prefer calling preflop since your opponent will likely put you on AK in this spot.
The deeper you get the less you 4bet AK.
