This is the new (as of August 2016) discussion thread for the Chico Network. Decided to put this together since we had a lot of duplicate discussion with different threads.

So, these Customer Appreciation freerolls--I haven't played in one yet, but from what I see there's a $1000 gtd freeroll currently running that has an actual prize pool of $10.23. Is this a glitch?
Top 50 players in each of the free rolls get paid a flat amount. There's details on it on betonline's promo page. I believe the 4K top 50 get $80, the 2K top 50 get $40, and the 1K top 50 get $20.
I'm getting a 12007 system error when trying to launch BetOnline on my PC. I can log in and play from browser mode normally though so it's not a restriction on my account (confirmed by support).
Tried to use the "route via VPN" function to see if maybe it was a local restriction but still doesn't work. Uninstalled and re-downloaded the installer and when it's trying to connect with server to install it gives me the same error.
Any ideas why this could be happening?
Can anybody tell me how I can get a look at chico's rake structures?
I’m new to BOL but I find it curious that soon as I sit at an empty table one or two people INSTANTLY sit. If I leave without seeing a hand or their name they leave. Is there a setting to automatically join open tables or something?

There used to be a forum dedicated to betonline.ag that had a representative taking peoples questions, requests, issues like bots, etc., but that doesn't seem to exist any longer. Anyone have any idea of who to talk to about this bullshit?
Jeez. I know there’s bots on Chico, but I didn’t know they were this dumb 😆 I stopped playing on Chico all together when everything turned into Mystery Bounties.

There was a sunday this year where all tournaments were paused and resumed sometime 5 hours or so later and nobody was refunded their EV losses and support ignored all emails regarding that case. Needed to bring it on in case anyone thinks about playing on this scammy site.

I stopped playing here when everything turned into mystery bounties. I don’t mind the occasional mystery bounty, but when they flipped most MTTs I just didn’t see the value of keeping money on here as a 3rd site IMO. When ACR adds daily mystery bounties in the next couple months I’m going to shed Indian tears.
Hi, Tiger gaming is crashing 2-3times every night I play. I have reinstalled, test all different video settings and it still crashes. Anyone else got this problem or know what can be causing this?
I took a few weeks off and came back a few days ago and this new tournament schedule is pretty bad
