My mistake and I agree with you. A man showing some emotion and annoyance seems reasonable to me in this situation but apparently humans aren't allowed to have emotions or express themselves without being diagnosed with a mental problem.

Sorry it came off that way - I'm not selling out anything to GG poker or what they are planning for the games. I hope they keep a place for the regs who want to battle to still play. If it was my games I would let people battle who wanted to do so.

That seems severe. Joey has always been players first and avoided taking I imagine countless opportunities to enrich himself from brand deals/sponsors etc over the yrs because he felt loyalty to players and a desire to maintain his integrity.
I feel like the rules on GG for high stakes are really just going to not allow a handful of regs, at most. Or maybe they allow everyone from the jump to get access and then revoke your invite if seen buttoning or hnr etc.

I was sharing my perspective in the thread from living in Vegas/USA poker world and seeing how the games are all in the private game world. I don't agree that getting rid of high stakes as a lot of people know it and love is the best move.

New private VIP games active from today on GG. There would usually be multiple 5k tables running at this time and a handful of 10k+ depending on who is online. Today there is this... Games already looking dead!

Looks like you can still post hands from these tables, but I wouldn't support giving them any exposure/free marketing.
