FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Hello 888 rep.

After trying to withdraw on 30/8 and having my account temporarily disabled, I was finally able to get in contact with a competent live chat agent who explained that my account is being permanently closed for opening it in 2012 whilst I was under aged and to provide details for a bank transfer of my balance. This is despite 888 having knowledge of this in 2013 when they temporarily locked my account, but reopened it as I didn't deposit on the site until I was 18 (the legal age where I'm from). For some reason 888 decided to have an issue with this over 11 years later when I tried to withdraw my balance on the site, despite depositing/withdrawing/verifying multiple times over the decade. Here is the email clearing my account in 2013.


I gave my bank details for a bank transfer of my balance on 24/10 as requested by the live chat agent. I have yet to hear anything back and once again can't find a live chat agent who actually reads my case. I don't care at this point about my account being reopened even if the reason for it being disabled is bizarre, but would like to receive my balance ASAP. It's now been over two months stuck in this process with the worst support of any poker site I've encountered. Can you please have this resolved for me? Thank you. Username - CBergin_

If you are living in China then send detail from there but if you are living in the US then send details from there. You can't be living in 2 places at the same time clearly.
There are completely different regulations for either country.

However, operations team just kept asking me to send a proof of address from China without any explanation. Thus I am totally confused and don't know what to do next.

Ive got an issue that ive been battling for verification of address identity etc and finally all have been approved and done, however when i try to go to cashier page where ever i try im getting re-directed to screen (im adding image below) , when i press the only button avialable (top right corner X) window being closed and thats it...

My bank statement was issued in 6 months, translated into English and my name and address were clealy shown in the statement.
Could you let me know why my document fail to pass the security check? What is the exactly valid document?

I have a 888 account which I had not used for a while and forgot my password. After many weeks setting a new password and getting my balance reinstated I cannot login to the client again as the password that I thought I had set up is not recognised. I now try to reset the password again and again your system will not let me do this because the email address that it tries to send the 4 digit pin to is not correct. I have tried to locate the live chat but have hit a brick wall. The advice on the website is to open the 888 app and then click on help centre - i cannot find anything that looks like the pictures shown.

I just want to get back on the client - it should not be this hard....
