2/5 AA 3 bet pot 200bb deep
V 1 UTG 1 (300): Whale limping most his hands, stacking off and rebuying constantly for different amounts
V2 BU (1100): Kind of looser bad reg but many people say is a good player, all I have seen is that he plays loose preflop and not like a strong reg would, flatting too many opens and loosish postflop
Hero CO (1500) younger white guy, not shown down anything crazy, just won some coolers
UTG 1 raises to 30, Hero in the CO with AdAc makes it 100, BU cold calls and UTG folds.
Flop: 8s5d3s ($237)
Hero bets 100, Villian 2 thinks 15 seconds and then raises to 275. I was torn between all options here, folding being too tight I suppose, I ended up calling even though it will be quite difficult to play OOP.
Turn: Tc ($787)
Hero checks, Villian bets 300. Turn feels gross as well, too painful to just flat, but hes basically pot commited himself with any draw if I shove, I ended up shoving but expected im already beat a decent amount of the time so I didnt enjoy it.
How would you guys play this hand? I can get behind shoving flop if opponent could be raising with overpairs, but I did not get that impression from how he plays that he would do that, and would probably 4 bet the better ones.

What exactly are you afraid of on this flop? He should not have any sets on this flop after calling your 3b, mayyybe just 88. I’d also be surprised if he cold called A5ss, A4ss or something.
This feels like either AQss, AKss or a slowplayed KK/QQ.
Easy jam on turn.
What did he have?

We really can't know if this Villain is bad enough to call a 3! cold with any PP, although I agree that once we call the flop and the turn bricks (unless he has TT) , we need to be willing to put all of the money in. Shoving here is probably better than calling and allowing Villain to check behind on the river.
P.S. Why are you already asking him for results? He just posted the hand.
I think you call the flop and GII on the turn - to do this you would need him taking this line with all his flush draws more or less. If he does that then you should be like 65% OTT to GII. Really as long as he takes this line with anything but sets you'd have the equity to GII - if he's only taking this line with sets then obviously it's a fold.
Happy with either a flop bet or check-raise; it should be a very safe flop. Agree that flop 3bet and call are both options but not a fold.
Turn if he has TT so be it; check-jam feels fine.
Im afraid of sets, nothing else. I think he has a set ( if he cold calls 3 bet with PP's, but I have no clue if hes that bad ), a combo draw/good flush draw, and small chance of overpair. He is probably most likely to play a set like this, which is my worry. Not every player is raising their draws aggresively so I can discount a couple combos. Issue is I dont know his cold call range which is why the hand imo is hard to play. Typically its TT AQ+ etc, but some people have PPs, SC's in that range. Hes also showing a lack of care for me having a potential overpair which is slightly concerning too.
You say V has been "flatting too many opens" and "loosish postflop" which you can't ignore. To me it's significant that he's raising you IP on the flop. This can indicate vulnerable overpairs such as 99-QQ (particularly as there aren't any 2 pair combos) which he's unlikely to 4bet preflop given you haven't "done anything crazy" and therefore have a standard live 3bet range. Villain's turn sizing is a little small for a vulnerable overpair, but he might just put you on AK etc, not be fully cognisant of pot size, and feel that's he safe to milk you for every last $. As played I'd just x-shove turn, and, yeah if he's got TT so be it. I'd be surprised to see 88 or 55 and don't hate a 3bet on the flop, even at 200bb.
You played the flop/turn a little passively so I like the check/shove on the turn. If he has a set, so be it -- although it sucks if he does!
his small bet size OTT should be enough info for you to jam the turn, or at least minraise the turn so you can jam river.
if he a set he is betting this turn at least $5-600. this bet screams like a insecure bet with JJ-QQ.
