5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

It seems like Trump is looking to ban anti-zionism from universities and remove accreditation from schools that don’t enforce such a policy.
Listen carefully, the proposal is legal, unlike what you wrote.
The college itself can't promote anti Zionism if it wants federal money.
And anti Zionist students can't harass, touch and so one Jewish students, or the school will be held accountable by the federal government (DOJ) under the civil rights act.
The latter is basic enforcement of existing rules, which Biden DOJ refused to enforce (because it's not independent).
The former is a lawful use of federal dollars: federal aid can be constrained like that, there are many SCOTUS cases on the topic

Wait when did I say it was illegal? I just said what he is proposing doing? Then you acted like he was just shifting federal funds which is not what he said, he said he wants to remove accreditation which is a whole separate matter from funds allocation. Are you ok dude?

That’s not a matter for the federal government just local jurisdiction. I don’t see how they could be considered illegal across the board since they didn’t all follow the same character. And for the most part those decisions should be handled on the local level pursuant to local laws so Trump should have nothing to do with it.
I suspect he would have made it worse just like he did with BLM which was a total and complete failure thanks to his meddling.

They should have known that many thousands would die and their cities would get flattened if they took Israelis hostage. I feel these people don't easily learn their lesson and because of this people continue to die. It will get worse as we get to the end of this conflict because these homicidal maniacs will get desperate and put more of their people into harms way. Trump has all the power now unlike the last time. The BLM riots would be shut down immediately if it happened when Trump was back in office. No way he stands by now and watches our cities burn. He no longer has the Democrats obstructing him.
No way Trump would allow individuals to take over a University. No way he would allow Arabs(Or people pretending to be Arabs) to tell Jews where they could or could not go. That was a national disgrace. I think that was a big reason people voted Trump back in. Americans are sick of seeing their country taken over by anti American entities. I think local authorities will feel empowered to deal with this nonsense in the future under the backing of Trump.

It does seem they miscalculated this time. They probably also expected that Israel would retaliate with one hand tied behind their back like they have been required to do in the past. They were correct that the anti sematic world would once again fall for the terrorist propaganda and pressure Israel to back off. This time Israel said "CARE" to the outside world threats.
