Jerry looks pretty good coming out the Parsons trade. Clark was very impactful and gave Dallas a chance to win the game. The same over paid bums caused the L, Dak and CD ...
I think this is the right place to post this - in all the reporting on the Parsons trade, there’s almost always a quick line about how Jerry was the genius behind the Hershel Walker trade.
I was too young to follow at the time, but I thought Jimmy Johnson was de facto GM - I mean I’m sure Jerry had to sign off for a move at that scale, but I had the impression Jimmy deserved most of the credit.
So it feels like I’m watching some rewriting of history - am I wrong?

Lack of pass rush is gonna make our secondary look bad regardless, but yeah that would help.
The pass rush is not really relevant when you have guys running so wide open on the snap ... Elam is so bad you could have 4 Parsons and it would not matter
